Earlier this week, we learned that Jessa and Ben Seewald may have to postpone their adoption plans , due to many agencies' requirements that couples be married at least two years before beginning the process.
Now doubt it was a serious blow for the young couple, but if their latest Instagram uploads are any indication, Jessa and Ben aren't letting the setback interfere with the joy of being newlyweds.
Jessa and Ben are currently in Georgia so that Jessa can deliver a speech at an event called the Southern Woman's Show.
Rather than treat the trip like a business obligation, she took her husband (Hey, it's not like Ben has a real job , anyway. We kid, Ben!) and enjoyed some unseasonably warm weather on Tybee Island Beach.
"Gorgeous day! Temperatures got up into the 80s!" Jessa captioned one photo.
Yes, Jessa and Ben live in Arkansas, but this winter has been harsh for most of the country, and even the famous Duggar compound has been blanketed with snow.

So it's been a rough winter and a rough week in particular, and as usual, the Duggars are beset by controversy and criticism on a daily basis, but Jessa and Ben seem like they couldn't be less bothered by it all.
Seems like the lesson here is - even when life's not a beach, you should always take time out for a romantic selfie with the one you love.
