Trevor Noah on Twitter: Don't Judge the Old Me!

Trevor Noah has taken to Twitter in order to combat an uproar over his past use of Twitter.

The heretofore little-known South African comedian has been constantly in the news over the last 48 hours, first for being named the next host of The Daily Show and then for people scrambling to answer one simple question:

Who the heck is Trevor Noah?!?

This question took them to Twitter, where they happened upon a series of online jokes from many years ago that don't exactly paint women or Jewish people in a positive light.

"Almost bumped a Jewish kid crossing the road. He didn't look b4 crossing but I still would hav felt so bad in my german car!" read one Noah Tweet, while another quoted "fat chicks" as thinking:

Oh yeah the weekend. People are gonna get drunk & think that I'm sexy!

Comedy Central released a statement in defense of Noah, arguing that he “pushes boundaries” and should not be judged on a “handful of jokes.”

And now Trevor Noah has come out and passed along a similar message.

"To reduce my views to a handful of jokes that didn’t land is not a true reflection of my character, nor my evolution as a comedian," he Tweeted this evening in response to the scandal.

Olivia Wilde may feel soft and doughy at the moment, sort of like she's been smoking pot and eating Krispy Kreme.

But it's all worth it.

"My kind of party," Wilde captioned this amazingly adorable snapshot of herself and her 11-month old son, Otis.

Wilde and fiancé Jason Sudeikis welcomed Otis into the world in April of last year.

Unlike certain other celebrities (we're looking at you, Kim Kardashian!), Wilde and Sudeikis have mostly shielded their son from the glare of the spotlight.

But Wilde did make a parental statement last year when posing for Glamour: she took a beauty shot while breastfeeding, joining many other famous moms who want to see this practice become far more socially acceptable.

"Being shot with Otis is so perfect because any portrait of me right now isn't complete without my identity as a mother being a part of that," Wilde said at the time. "Breastfeeding is the most natural thing."

We agree. Olivia Wilde's breasts and a baby? Who could possibly object to this?!?

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris: First Date Details Revealed!

Neither of them has confirmed it yet, but at this point, it's a known fact that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are dating. 

And not just dating - these two are all coupled up. Paparazzi have spotted Taylor and Calvin shopping at Whole Foods in matching t-shirts, which is pretty much the Hollywood equivalent of an engagement ring.

Since both halves of Caylor are keeping mum on the subject, little is known about how they actually started going out. Fortunately, we have tabloid speculation and unidentified "sources" to hold us over until Swifty tells the tale in song form.

We already knew that Taylor and Calvin met at the BRIT Awards back in early March. Now, Us Weekly is reporting that things initially moved very slowly, and Taylor (in direct contradiction of her last name) made Calvin wait.

The two apparently texted from afar for two weeks before Taylor went to see Calvin perform in Vegas. They hung out backstage and, according to one source, "That's when things really started popping off."

Last week, Swift and Harris attended a Kenny Chesney concert, and Taylor briefly took the stage.

One insider says that after her performance, Harris "wrapped his arms around her and kissed her." Taylor was reportedly surprised as it was the first time Calvin had laid a PDA on her.

Wow. We hope this dude knows what he's doing. If we know Taylor, she's already in deep.

Another Kardashian Reality Show is Koming to E!

Proving that it has even fewer original ideas these days than network television executives, E! has announced yet another Kardashian-based reality series.

This will be titled Dash Dolls and it will focus on the employees of a boutique owned by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian.

According to the official E! synopsis, the program will give viewers “the opportunity to follow the lives of the Kardashian sisters’ young, fun and hot employees as they navigate the hectic life of a twenty-something in Hollywood while representing the Kardashian brand."

We hear the show narrowly beat out a documentary about watching paint dry.

Naturally, the program’s underlings will juggle “romances, parties, family drama and other career aspirations" while dealing with their famous bosses.

Eight episodes of Dash Dolls have been ordered, with Khloe's best friend Malika Haqq, and her twin sister, Khadijah Haqq, set to star.

It will air this fall.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 is currently underway, of course, while other spinoff have included:

  • Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons
  • Kourtney and Kim Take Miami
  • Kourtney and Kim Take New York
  • Khloé & Lamar

In addition to Dash Dolls, E! has placed series order for Stewarts & Hamiltons, a show that will follow the interconnected families of musician Rod Stewart and actor George Hamilton.

So, in other words... Dash Dolls is NOT the worst-sounding program coming to E! this year.

The Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman may have been genuinely heartbroken by her split with Josh Murray, but she's taking a positive approach to it now.

Those who heard Josh Murray subtly diss her yesterday, saying he "doesn't miss" Andi Dorfman and acting like their breakup was no thing, will enjoy this.

If Andi had fired back at Josh with some subtle (or not so subtle) shade, no one would have been upset, as he sort of has it coming. But even better:

"Downside to being single... Solo Assembly. Upside to being single... Solo closet space! #illtakeit #diy #handyandi?" Andi captioned a pic of her closet.

Reading between the lines, it's like she's saying that even though she misses having a guy around to help with stuff, it's time to look on the bright side.

Sure, we're reading into this way too much. But still.

Dig or no dig, it at least it wasn't a direct reference Josh, or an implication that he didn't mean that much to her. We know he did? Why act otherwise?

Andi previously called breaking up with Josh the biggest failure of her life, as she fully believed in her engagement and that she'd be with him for life.

If he didn't feel the same way, we'd be really surprised, so his quasi-shade came out of nowhere, and puts her light-hearted, glass-half-full reply in perspective.

In related news ... wonder how Dorfman feels about rumors of her runner-up Nick Viall returning to The Bachelorette this season to woo someone else.

Anna Kendrick Sizzles in Glamour UK, Tries to Avoid Terrified Britney Spears Smile

The amazing Anna Kendrick graces the May cover of Glamour UK looking fierce and flirty in a strappy, slinky dress with multicolored embellishments.

Inside the issue, the petite actress opens up about her struggle to look her age:

"I really like '50s-style dresses, but they make you look childish, and I don't want to look like one of those people trying to look like a little schoolgirl," Kendrick says.

"I'm trying to give a message to the world that I am a grown up."

Anna Kendrick, known for her hilarious, outspoken Twitter messages, told the magazine how she still feels like she's failing at the red carpet game:

"Every year that goes by, I think that my on-camera smile is going to get easier."

"And it's got worse and worse, to the point where I'm giving that Britney Spears terrified smile, where the lips are upturned, but there's nothing but fear in the eyes…"

Of course, the Pitch Perfect 2 star had to dish on filming the highly anticipated sequel:

"Because we're basically shooting the same movie again - different scenarios, but in a lot of ways, very much the same, so it was trippy."

"It was like, didn't we make this already? Was the first one just a fever dream? Or a premonition, and this is actually the real thing?"

Kendrick also dishes on getting an Oscar nomination at 24 for Up in the Air and getting some helpful advice from George Clooney.

Teresa Giudice Prison Photo: How Much Did Her Family Get Paid?

Earlier today, Us Weekly released the first photo of Teresa Giudice in prison.

It was a shock to see the usually posh Housewife in a military-green jumpsuit, but overall, the response to Teresa's big house look has been overwhelmingly positive.

Even better than the favorable feedback, however, is the huge (and much-needed) payday that the Giudices scored from selling their pics to Us.

There were rumors that Teresa had sold the photo for big bucks long before the pic actually made its online debut, and now, Radar Online is reporting that the price tag was slightly lower than expected, but the image still netted a tidy sum for the struggling Giudices.

Sources say the pic sold for $75,000, and despite rumors that it was snapped with a smuggled cell phone, it seems the photo was actually okayed by the staff at Danbury Correctional.

"It was staged in the prison using a service where inmates can take photos with family each Sunday," says one insider. 

"The family desperately needs the money and Teresa had no problem using her family to make a few extra bucks while she's behind bars. She's shameless!"

We don't if "shameless" is the word we'd use for a mother in a desperate situation figuring out a way to provide for her family.

With Joe Giudice unemployed and broke, and Teresa making 12 cents an hour in the prison laundry room, obviously something had to be done!

Miley Cyrus Marks One-Year Anniversary of Dog's Death With Epic Pooch Party

One year ago today, Miley Cyrus' dog, Floyd, died in horrific fashion.

It's always hard to lose a beloved pet, but it was particularly difficult in Miley's case, as Floyd was killed by coyotes, and sources close to the singer say that she still blames herself for his death.

For weeks after Floyd's passing, Miley would break down on stage while performing, and friends grew concerned as she sank into a deep depression.

12 months later, Miley is clearly still feeling the pain, but she's decided to mark the anniversary of Floyd's death in classic Miley fashion.

That's right, she threw a big, gaudy party and invited all over her closest friends and their pups. 

"Tomorrow it will have been 1 year since Floyd passed away," Miley wrote, in a message to her fans on Instagram. "At times I didn't know how I was going to go out there and perform and smile and pretend I wasn't hurting.

"But with you I didn't have to. I could show my pain and you all would console me. I love you."

Gratitude to her fans and a brightly-colored, festive memorial. Maybe Miley could teach us all a lesson on how to grieve productively.

We just hope none of those pooches went home with contact highs.

Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs: Engaged?!?

It's official! After months of rumors that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are engaged, we now know that the couple is indeed planning to get hitched. And the news came from a rather unexpected source...

In an interview with Vulture on Wednesday, T-Pain accidentally spilled the beans about Twigbert:

"She's on tour so much, and anytime I call her, she's in a different place. And she's engaged now, so that's about to be a whole other thing."

Pressed for further details, Mr. Pain confirmed that Twigs is engaged to "Ol' Patty," which is apparently his awesome nickname for Rob.

He added, "I don't know if she wanted anybody to know that." Yeah, probably not, Tity Boi.

According to the tabloids, Pattinson and Twigs have been planning a wedding for months, but when it comes from T-Pain, you know it's legit!

There remains the possibility that this is just T-Pain's idea of an April Fools' joke, but considering how quickly these two have been moving (Rob moved to London for Twigs way back in September.) we wouldn't be surprised if they're ready to make it legal.

For now, we'll offer our tentative congrats to Rob and FKA and wait for their official confirmation. Knowing how private these two are, we might be waiting a while.

Giuliana Rancic: Surrogate Miscarries Last Remaining Embryo

Giuliana Rancic's infertility struggles have been long documented in the media. 

In another devastating blow, Rancic's last remaining viable embryo was lost when her surrogate had a miscarriage.

In an interview with People Magazine, Rancic reveals that she and her husband, Bill, found out about the latest miscarriage on New Years Eve:

"It was painful. Were were so optimistic with this last embryo," Rancic explains. 

"We thought, 'This is definitely going to work. This is our last shot." 

Giuliana and Bill welcomed their son, Duke, in 2012 via surrogacy. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, Rancic decided to freeze four of her embryos. 

After their son was born, they had two of the three remaining embryos implanted, but they were lost as well in a miscarriage only a few weeks later.

Getting pregnant herself would be inherently risky for the 40-year-old E! News host, she says, due to her cancer-suppressing medication.

However, Giuliana and Bill are open to alternatives, including adoption:

"We're open to everything. I think adoption is a beautiful gift you're giving each other."

"And it's funny, I'm even more open to [adoption] than I was before. Because I think to myself, 'I love Duke so much, if I couldn't take care of him, I hope there would be someone else who would love him.'"

The media's criticism over Giuliana Rancic's thin weight also warrants a mention, and she attributes that to her medication, saying, "It's really hurtful."

"I'm sorry that some people think I'm 'disgustingly skinny,' as they put it, but there's nothing I can do. I'm lucky that I even have the type of cancer that reacts to the medicine."

Rancic, who also made plenty of headlines for her controversial Fashion Police comments about Zendaya, will release her new memoir Going Off Script​ on April 7.

Will Kendra Wilkinson ever be able to truly forgive Hank Baskett?

It's a question fans have been asking themselves ever since Baskett allegedly cheated on his then-pregnant wife with a transgender model named Ava London.

Despite devoting an entire season of the absurd reality show Kendra on Top to this issue and their relationship, Wilkinson and Baskett still have not figured out their future.

So, in an impressive example of milking one's personal problems for long-lasting reality show fame, Kendra and Hank are back on WEtv.

They will be two of the castmates features on the upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.

It premieres on May 29 and the above sneak peek gives us a look at Kendra and Hank meeting other troubled celebrities in need of attention help, such as Tami Roman and Aubrey O'Day.

"Our marriage is potentially over, so if I feel for one minute that someone is judging us and our problems, there's going to be some drama going on," Kendra says in the trailer.

And she's not kidding: we've already seen Kendra GO OFF in an earlier sneak peek from a Marriage Boot Camp episode... although she's going off on Baskett, demanding the truth.

In response, the former wide receiver refers to his wife as "a sick f-ck." 

This should be a heckuva season!

Dan Bilzerian's Gun Safety PSA is Hilarious, Sadly Lacking in Half-Naked Women

Last year, Dan Bilzerian was arrested and charged with stockpiling materials that could be used to make explosives.

It was a serious allegation, but he wouldn't be the Most Interesting Man on Instagram if he let the possibility a few years in federal prison slow him down, right?

Dan cut a deal that allowed him to avoid prison by paying a hefty (by peasant standards) fine of $17,000 and shooting the following public service announcement, which, like Dan himself, is awesome for how terrible it is:

Doesn't sound quite like the hard-living playboy who's wild lifestyle has already resulted in three heart attacks.

Bilzerian clearly has no f--ks to give here, and you've gotta give him credit for not even pretending to be remotely interested in what he's saying. Hey, the guy agreed to serve the punishment, he didn't agree to like it.

At least he got to work in the awesome '80s movie poster-style painting of himself, as well as his self-coined catchphrase, "Jail, let's not do that again."

Of course, this isn't the end of Blitz's legal troubles.

Witnesses Bilzerian kicked a woman in the face during an appearance back in. Somehow, that didn't result in criminal charges, but Dan will likely have to fork over a tidy sum in a lawsuit.

Oh, and there's still the matter of that porn star he threw off his roof. Naturally, she's suing, too.

Yes, Dan's got a lot on his plate these days. If he didn't spend most of his time having orgies on top of piles of inherited money, we might almost feel bad for him.

Drum roll, please ... introducing the one, the only Reign Aston Disick!

Kourtney Kardashian has finally officially introduced her third child, posting the sweetest of snapshots to Instagram Thursday, and it was worth the wait.

Previously, we had only seen Reign's hand. It turns out the rest of him is even cuter than what we saw in that first sneak peek shared by his famous mom.

“My little turtle dove angel baby Reign Aston Disick,” the reality star captioned the photo of her three-month-old offering a hint of a smile in his white onesie.

They make cute kids, these two. No one can deny that.

Kourtney and her longtime partner Scott Disick welcomed their third child in December, on the fifth birthday of their first-born son, Mason Dash Disick.

They also have a daughter, Penelope Scotland Disick, 2. Kourtney, 35, has proven to be a devoted, loving mother to all three kids. Scott? A little less so.

Recently, on a quick work trip to Las Vegas, we saw a photo of Kourtney pumping breast milk for her youngest son while making a public appearance.

Disick, meanwhile, is still up to his old devices and reportedly on the verge of a split with Kardashian after flaking on rehab for the umpteenth time.

Here's hoping they make it, because they're too cute a family when things are going right. Even if their latest choice of baby name raised some eyebrows.

Arrow Season 3 Trailer: OLICITY SEX ALERT!!!

Is it hot in here? 

Or it the new trailer just released by The CW in anticipation of the final few episodes of Arrow Season 3?

Fresh off Arrow Season 3 Episode 18 - which initially revealed Oliver’s superhero identity to Captain Lance… only for Roy to then pretend he is the Arrow - the pulsating drama will take a mini hiatus and return on April 15.

Upon its return, the show will be full speed ahead until the May 13 finale.

Based on the above footage, we know Oliver will be teaming up with the Atom and that a plan will be enacted to break Roy out of prison.

There will also be some eyeglasses getting removed eyeglasses... some undergarments being unhooked ... and a scarred chest being caressed.

And, wait. WHAT?!? Will it really be happening? Will Oliver and Felicity finally be giving in to their feelings, in a physical manner of speaking?

We'll find out plenty more on Arrow Season 3 Episode 19, but we'll leave fans alone now to check out the extended trailer again and again... and then again once more.

Isaiah Washington to Chris Rock: #Adapt to Racial Profiling, "War" with Police!

Actor Isaiah Washington appeared on CNN last night and raised eyebrows with comments about Chris Rock, racial profiling and being at "war" with police.

After Rock posted selfies of himself getting pulled over by police three separate times in the last seven weeks, the former Grey's Anatomy star weighed in.

Washington Tweeted, "I sold my $90,000.00 Mercedes G500 and bought 3 Prius's, because I got tired of being pulled over by Police. #Adapt @chrisrock"

#Adapt to what, exactly? The Internet quickly had a field day with questions, criticisms and retorts, making Washington an even bigger story than Rock.

Isaiah wrote later, "Anyway, you millennials critique and misconstrue my message to @chrisrock I'm getting back to my work to help free all y'all. #Truthdom"

The 51-year-old, who was famously fired for making homophobic slurs about (and inadvertently outing) co-star T.R. Knight, took to CNN in response.

Washington told host Don Lemon:

"I know a lot of people took issue to that hashtag #Adapt, thinking I was implying racial profiling and white supremacy would stop if he were in a different car."

"I will say this," Washington added. "Since I got out of my G500 and been driving a Prius for the last four years ... I have not been pulled over one time."

Lemon asked him to explain what he was saying Rock should #Adapt to, at which point he criticized the term "driving while black" and spoke of an unspecified "war."

“There’s something happening in his community or wherever he is on that road or coming in and out of whatever that terrain, they’re looking for something," he said.

"They’re policing something. And the timing, either good or bad, I think the timing for us to have this conversation it’s a good timing and bad timing for all of us."

"Because they’re looking for something. Obviously, they’re not looking for Chris Rock. Obviously he hasn’t broken any laws. And what you drive shouldn’t matter."

"But if you are at war, which we all know that we are, there is a sentiment in the air that is highly toxic, highly negative,” Isaiah continued.

“And what I was doing by that tweet," he went on, in a roundabout way, "was doing exactly what I wanted it to do, is excite a conversation."

"If we’re looking at this term ‘black’ and looking at this term ‘driving while black’ maybe we really need to look at the term ‘black’ itself and start having a different kind of holistic conversation.”

The actor went on to suggest that going forward, Rock should meet with local police officials to take a stand against his recent run-ins with authorities.

Rob Kardashian Went Missing Following Instagram Drama, Source Claims

As you've probably heard by now, Rob Kardashian recently compared his sister to Kim to "the b-tch from Gone Girl" on Instagram, and Kim, of course, responded by disappearing and framing Kanye for her murder.

Okay, we may have made that last part up, but Rob's post has had a profound effect on his family, which appears to be flopping before our eyes, a la Ben Affleck's penis in Gone Girl.

The feud between Rob and Kim has only gotten worse since the Post Heard 'Round the World, and now sources are saying that in the days when the drama first began, Rob pulled an Amazing Amy and flat-out disappeared.

Apparently, Rob was staying at Khloe's house when he wrote the controversial caption. After it was posted, he realized he'd taken a shot at the Queen and fled.

"After learning Rob had left, Khloe began calling and texting her brother to check-in," a source tells Radar Online. "After not hearing from Rob for over 24 hours, she called her mom, Kris. Kris began calling Rob’s friends, and dispatched staffers to go by Rob’s condo.

“Khloe thought they needed to call the police and file a missing persons report, but Kris didn’t think that was necessary. She thought Rob would get very angry that the cops were called, and it would have created a media circus."

After being missing for 48 hours, Rob reportedly returned to Khloe's house with no explanation for his whereabouts.

We assume he had been robbed by the rednecks that he befriended while he was on the run. (These Gone Girl references doing anything for you guys?)

The most interesting part of this sroty is that outside of Khloe, no one really gave a damn that Rob was missing.

We know that Kim thinks Rob should be cut off, and maybe that would be the best thing for him in the near future, but right now, the man is clearly mentally ill, so when he disappears for 48 hours, there's probably cause for concern.

Sigh. At least Neil Patrick Harris still loves him. Okay, we'll stop.

Robert Schuller Dies; Famed Televangelist Was 88

Reverend Robert H. Schuller passed away at a nursing facility in California today after a long battle with cancer. He was 88 years old.

Schuller - one of the first "televangelists" to bring the church experience to at-home audiences - is best known for launching the "Hour of Power" sermon series in the early '70s.

Schuller also helped build the 2700-seat Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California in 1981. He retired as senior minister there in 1981, and his daughter is now the head of the church.

Schuller's death was announced by his daughter-in-law, who issued a statement saying, "My father-in-law passed away peacefully early this morning. He was a great Dad and a great man of God."

Born in an Iowa farmhouse with no running water, Schuller moved to California shortly after starting a family of his own. There, he started his career in the ministry by renting out a drive-in movie theater and preaching from the roof of the snack bar.

His unique brand of preaching focused more on encouragement than on condemnation, and he eventually gained a following of millions, as even non-believers tuned in to his sermons in search of inspiration.

Schuller eventually became so famous for his sermons that celebrities such as Muhammad Ali have approached him and asked him for his autograph.

Wait ... did #BabyDilly just arrive?! Along with a SECOND #BabyDilly?!

After a long pregnancy, Jill Duggar is the proud parent of twins ... if you believe her big brother Josh Duggar, who congratulated her on just that yesterday.

April 1 turned out to be one heck of a day for the Arkansas family, between these adorable new arrivals and bombshell reports of Jana Duggar engaged.

Josh can be very serious when it comes to wanting to help gays and their sad, lonely lifestyle, but he showed his sense of humor on Twitter Wednesday.

Punking 19 Kids and Counting fans via Twitter, he wrote to his sister's account, "Congrats to @jillmdillard @derick4Him on the surprise birth - twins!!!"

The first of the 19 kids quickly added: "#19Kids #AprilFools."

Jill, who is expecting a baby boy with her husband Derick Dillard, is only having one child, and Josh could've ended up being right about his birthday.

We're now a week past Jill Duggar's due date, although the midwife by trade says she's fine with that, and will let her son come out when he's ready.

She's predicted an April 5 birthday for her little man, which would certainly be appropriate, being Easter Sunday and all. All we can do is stay tuned.

While Josh was tweeting the faux birth, Jill was making last minute preparations for motherhood and working on her laptop with her feet up.

"Getting some things done while anticipating the arrival of our little man any day!" she captioned a photo, showing off her baby bump as always "#babydilly."

Josh is also expecting a baby soon with wife Anna Duggar. They are already parents to daughter Mackynzie, 5, and sons Michael, 3, and Marcus, 22 months.

Congrats to both sets of expectant parents ... and wishing the pregnant moms the best as we look forward to legit #DuggarBaby news any day now.

Full House Reunion Show: Actually Probably Happening!

Last August, we asked a question about the Full House cast: Where are they now?

In incredible news, we now know where they will be: NETFLIX!

According to TV Line sources, the streaming giant is ever so close to ordering 13 episodes of Fuller House, a revival of the classic sitcom that will bring back star Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. and Andrea Barber as her best friend, Kimmy.

Other Full House alums - such as John Stamos, Bob Saget and Dave Coulier - are being considered for guest appearances, while Stamos will serve as a producer.

If it comes to fruition, the project is will be helmed by the original show’s creator, Jeff Franklin.

Full House concluded its eight-season run on ABC in 1995.

Cast members have remained tight, however, with Stamos, Saget and Coulier reuniting for a Super Bowl commercial last year.

Assuming it receives the green light, Full House will join an unexpected surge in TV show revivals, a trend that includes :

  • Coach (airing on NBC this fall)
  • The X-Files (returning to Fox next season)
  • Twin Peaks (returning to Showtime in 2016)
  • Boy Meets World, whose spinoff Girl Meets World is a Disney Channel hit.

Joe Giudice: Slapped With $10K Fine For Using Fake Driver's License

The drama that occurs on any episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey can’t hold a candle to the real life drama of Joe and Teresa Giudice.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars have faced countless legal issues in recent months, resulting in prison time for both Joe and Teresa.

This time, Joe found himself in the hot seat again for using a fake driver’s license, and he pleaded guilty in a New Jersey courtroom this afternoon.

Even though he admitted he is guilty, he asked for sympathy from the judge because he is “a real man” for confessing to the crime.

Tom Murro, an eyewitness, states, “Joe snuck into the Passaic County New Jersey courthouse back door for today’s fictitious license sentencing wearing a green shirt, sunglasses, suit, flanked on both sides by bodyguards.”

Murro adds: “This is the first time I’ve ever seen him wear a suit to this courtroom, he usually wears jeans and a blazer.”

Joe is expected to begin his 41-month prison sentence upon wife Teresa Giudice's release from federal prison next year.

Until then, Joe is sentenced to house arrest, where he is taking care of his four daughters.

Giudice must have cabin fever. He asked the judge for permission to “move his vehicles around in the driveway.” The judge denied his request.

Ultimately, the judge slammed Joe Giudice with a $10,000 fine.

His lawyer tried to argue the Giudice is “destitute” and couldn’t pay the fine. But consistent with the transparency of the Giudices' financial history, that might not be true.

Giudice was recently compensated $75,000 for photos and an interview in a weekly tabloid and on celebrity news show Extra.

Because of that hefty pay check, the judge refused to lower the fine.

In July 2013, Joe and Teresa were charged with fraud in a 39-count indictment. Their legal issues were the subject of speculation and chatter both on the reality show and in the media.

Things don’t seem to be getting better.
