After weeks of silence, Rob Kardashian has re-surfaced on social media...and his family is probably already wishing he'd stayed silent.
Moments ago, Rob (or someone pretending to be Rob) logged into his long-dormant Instagram account, unfollowed everybody (including his family members), and posted the photo on the left along with an alarming caption.
"This is my sister Kim, the b-tch from Gone Girl," Rob wrote.
Yikes. If you've seen the film, you know what an unflattering comparison that is. If you haven't, just know that Rosamund Pike's character is a manipulative, narcissistic psychopath and not exactly an ideal wife to poor Ben Affleck.
So needless to say, this act of insta-ggression was unexpected, but not entirely shocking.
Rob bailed on his Kim's wedding at the last minute back in May, and since then, his family has hinted that he's suffering from some serious emotional issues.
Just days ago, his sister Khloe Kardashian attempted to justify his behavior to the press, explaining in an interview that Rob suffers from social anxiety.
Whether he's actually coping with serious psychological issues or just tired of being part of such a fame-hungry clan, it's clear that Rob has a lot of hard feelings to sort out these days.
To make matters worse, he's sure to have to do some explaining to momager Kris Jenner after this latest stunt.

Yesterday, Rob Kardashian compared his sister Kim to the "the b-tch from Gone Girl" in a bizarre Instagram post.
Rob had been silent on social media for several weeks and seemed to be making an effort to avoid the public eye, which made the aggressive post all the more surprising.
Khloe Kardashian stated that Rob is "not happy" in a recent interview, but now some sources are saying that's a massive understatement, and the entire family has been making an effort to downplay Rob's troubles.
"He's been depressed and just a bit off in general" one insider tells People magazine, adding that the main cause of Rob's malaise is his ballooning weight.
"He can't lose the weight and he doesn't try," says the source. "He just sits around."
Rob made headlines last May when he bailed on Kim's wedding at the last minute, reportedly to avoid media attention and negative comments about his weight.
The anonymous insider concedes that the Kardashians are concerned about Rob's health and mental state, but claims that the Gone Girl post has been treated as a joke amongst family members.
"He has a funny sense of humor and posts weird things and then deletes them," says the source. "It's just him."
It's true that Rob has a long history of publicly making jokes at his sisters' expense, but it's worth noting that in this instance, Rob has not deleted the post, and it's currently been favorited nearly 100,000 times.
He's also deleted all of his previous posts and unfollowed everyone...including his family members.
With Teresa Giudice locked up in Connecticut until next year, The Real Housewives of New Jersey firebrand is on the outs with the show she put on the table-flipping map.
Executive producer Andy Cohen admits he hasn't talked to her since she's been incarcerated, and that he's moving ahead in his search for new cast members.
We expect Teresa's reaction to that news would be something like this:
“I haven’t spoken to Teresa yet. Her access to the outside world is obviously limited,” Cohen says, although he says he has been “thinking about her."
"I woke up thinking about her this morning actually. I’m kind of checking in through Dina [Manzo] to find out how she’s doing,” continued the Bravo fixture.
“By all accounts she’s hanging in there and doing okay," Cohen says, adding that when it comes to her return, "We’ll watch what happens with that.”
“It’s obviously big franchise for Bravo, and I think whatever we do, we’re going to do it the right way, so we’re still figuring that out right now,” he added.
Especially, insiders believe, given her personal history with Andy
Reports say Giudice and Cohen have feuded for years, though, and that tensions have intensified since she and husband Joe were sentenced to prison.
In his 2013 book, Cohen recalls how he interviewed Joe and Teresa Giudice the same they received their shocking indictment on 39 counts of fraud.
“It was like pulling teeth,” he noted, echoing a familiar refrain we've heard often. “They are either very un-introspective or in complete denial. Or both.”
Giudice, according to sources, was pushed “over the edge” and “felt so betrayed by Andy” when he joked about her sentencing on his popular show:
“She just would prefer that Andy not make comments about the sentencing, because she doesn’t want to do anything that could impact" the situation.
“It’s one thing for the legal proceedings to play out on the show, but Andy Cohen isn’t a lawyer, and shouldn’t discuss things he knows nothing about.”

It's the most unexpected casting news since...well, since Heath Ledger played the Joker, and fans are dying to know what direction Leto will take with the role.
Unconventional. We like it. Anyway, one of the most important things about the Joker is the voice.
Ledger went with a high-pitched cackle that sounds like it was ripped from your most terrifying clown-based nightmare (the worst kind of nightmare). Jack Nicholson went with his natural voice, which is fine because he's basically been playing a psychotic ringmaster his entire life.
Leto seems to be taking the character to weird new places, and he may have let his beta-phase Joker voice slip out during his stage banter at last night's 30 Seconds to Mars concert:
Yup, it sounds like he's going textbook deep, gravelly villain voice, which we're cool with.
With his slight frame and male model looks, the expectation with Leto was that he would play the Joker as a sort of preening eccentric, and while that probably would've worked just fine, we're excited to see his brawny, beefed-up take on the comic world's most famous villain.
That might be what it takes for him to really inhabit the character and make us forget that we're just watching tree-hugger Jared Leto in clown makeup.

It all started when one aggressive fan tweeted to Liam, "Isn't it kind of depressing for you to know that Justin Bieber will always be more successful than you?"
Moments later, Liam shot back, "How many times have I been arrested?" a clear reference to Bieber's many legal troubles.
And like that, it was on. #LiamHasNoChill quickly became a trending topic, and Twitter turned into a battleground for the war between Directioners and Beliebers.

Rumors? Jealousy? Ha. Whitney Bischoff strongly hints in a new Instagram post that she and fiance Chris Soules are on solid ground, and then some.
The Bachelor couple had to know that after the show, their lives would be scrutinized 'til the cows come home (farming reference only slightly intended).
Still, Soules has been torn apart left and right by one outrageous tabloid rumor after another, and fiancee Bischoff herself is often the center of controversy.
First, there were reports that Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff were broken up, and only faking it for the sake of maintaining The Bachelor's integrity.
Which would imply the show has that. A topic for another time.
Then there was talk that his former finacee (from his pre-Bachelor days) had somehow come between them, and that they were hitting a rough patch.
Now it's his relationship with Dancing With the Stars pro Witney Carson (yes, another Witney) in the crosshairs. Is Bischoff jealous of Witney Carson?
She does not seem like the type. Not whatsoever. But Chris is undoubtedly struggling with juggling the show and the two women in his life at the moment.
That's more than enough to make the rumor mill run wild, and it's got to be getting to them. So what's the future Mrs. Prince Farming gonna do about it?

Alberta Watson - a Canadian actress best known for her role in the hit Fox drama 24 - passed away on Saturday at the age of 60.
Her family says Watson had been suffering from an undisclosed type of cancer for several years, and she had recently been admitted to hospice care.
In addition to her role as Erin Driscoll on 24, Watson appeared in more than 80 films and television series during her nearly 40 years in show business.
Despite her illness, she worked steadily up until 2013, most recently starring in the CW series Nikita. Watson reprised the role that she had originated in the original USA Network series, La femme Nikita.
Watson appeared in such films as Hedwig and the Angry Inch and The Lookout, but to American TV audiences, she will always be best remembered as the woman who once fired Jack Bauer.
ET Canada confirmed the news of Watson's passing today with a statement from her longtime agent:
"Alberta passed away Saturday evening at Kensington Hospice in Toronto. Her husband Ken was by her side. We await full details of a memorial service for her."
ESPN's Stuart Scott (1965-2015) will forever be missed. The beloved anchor and personality passed away after a long battle with cancer in January at the age of 49.
Charmayne Maxwell was a Grammy-nominated singer who tragically died at the age of 46. According to report, she passed away from wounds suffered after accidently cutting herself at home.
Last week, Scott Disick checked into rehab following the sort of bender that would put a lot of people off the sauce for life.
Scott was found drunk and barefoot, wandering the lobby of an Atlantic City hotel and casino. He was escorted to his room and missed his check-out time and his flight the next day.
Cool story if you're a newly-legal frat bro. Not so cool if you're a 31-year-old father of three.
Scott checked into the Rhythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, where he intended to treat his addiction by munching on the hallucinogenic roots of the African Iboga tree. (Seriously.)
Unfortunately, even fun-sounding rehab is still too rehabby for the Lord, and Disick checked out of rehab last night so that he could party at some Costa Rican clubs.
This time, however, he busted out the most hilarious, most unbelievable, most Scott Disick excuse of all time. We're pretty sure he's just trolling us at this point:
"Scott says he has a very busy work schedule," a source tells Radar Online. "He doesn't think he has more than a week at a time to dedicate to treatment. He plans to go back when it's convenient for him."
That "work" is appearing at nightclubs and getting paid to get hammered.
Yes, not only did a guy with no job quit rehab due to his busy work schedule, but a guy with life-threatening addiction to alcohol is eager to get back to appearing at nightclubs.
Again, it's tempting to laugh, until you remember the whole 31-year-old father of three thing.
Scott ragging on Kim might be the best part of the Kardashian reality shows. Every time she acts like it's the first time she's ever been put in her place.
This has been confirmed by no less an authority on the matter than Iggy Azalea herself.
In a new interview with Vogue, Azaela downplays the attention paid to her famous rear end, while explaining that her confidence was shaken a bit upon first arriving in America.
She had trouble adjusting to the high beauty standards of Hollywood.
"When I first got to the States, people told me I should think about modeling,” Azalea tells Vogue. “So I went to a few agencies, but once they measured my body, they didn’t like me anymore.”
The artist, who recently backed off social media in response to criticism over her cellulite, says she was advised to lose weight and get a nose job.
When the publication followed up by asking what she would change about her body, Azalea came clean about her unnatural private parts.
"I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I’d thought about it my entire life," Iggy says.
So there you have it.

First, the good news for The Bachelor star Chris Soules: Redfoo was eliminated on Monday night's Dancing with the Stars results show and not him.
The bad news: Redfoo's performance actually scored 10 points higher than Chris' last night, so that doesn't bode well for the next elimination proceedings.
If you watched Monday night's show, you know that Chris Soules and his partner, Witney Carson, received the lowest score of the evening, by far.
However, because the results were based on the previous week's efforts, Chris advanced while Redfoo was sent packing despite his rapid improvement.
It would appear that a similar fate awaits Chris Soules next, whether he improves or not, although fan votes do count for half the scores, so who knows.
In any case, he was "not happy" with his latest dance when left the stage. Helping him through the good times and the bad, though, has been his fiancee.
"She is there for me," Soules says of Whitney Bischoff, "and the first thing she did was send me a text after it and said, 'Eff the judges, you did a great job!'"
"She's just going to be there for me tonight when I'm not the happiest I've been on the scoring," The Bachelor star adds. "It's nice to have her there for me."
And low scores or not, Chris says there's one constant plus to being on Dancing with the Stars: "I enjoy dancing much more than I do dating 30 women at time!"
He makes a valid point, and an ironic one.
Somehow, dancing terribly with two left feet in front of 10 million people on live television may be less nerve wracking than his last reality show experience.
Unfortunately, Fritz is like this dog and his tennis ball, simply unable to coordinate his eyes with his legs and his mouth.
Don’t feel to badly for Fritz, however.

On Wednesday, an Italian court will decide whether to uphold Amanda Knox's 2009 murder conviction, for which the Washington native was sentenced to 28 years in prison.
That appeal was later thrown out, and tomorrow, Knox's co-defendant and former boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, will appear in court to stand trial yet again.
Sollecito hopes to convince the court to overturn his 25-year sentence, and sources say that he may attempt to shift the blame to Knox.
Sollecito originally provided an alibi for Knox, claiming that the of them were together at his home on the night that Kercher was killed.
Now, nearly eight years later, he reportedly plans to retract that story and tell the court that he cannot account for Knox's whereabouts on the night of the murder.
"The defense intends to show that Sollecito has always shown himself to be extraneous to the crime, and that that night he did not move from his own home," reads a document filed by Sollecito's attorneys. "However, he cannot rule out that Knox could have gone out."
The defense also emphasizes that Sollecito "had no reason to want the death of Meredith Kercher," and that "the alleged motives concern only relations between the victim and Amanda Knox, not Sollecito."
Lawyers for Sollecito also intend to remind the court that their client had been dating Knox for less than two weeks at the time of Kercher's murder.
"Raffaele Sollecito was not linked to Amanda Knox from long, deep emotional bonds that could have caused him to give his full adhesion to a criminal act desired by others," says their latest filing.
While Sollecito will be required to attend court tomorrow, Knox remains in Seattle, where she has attempted to move on with her life.
There were rumors that Malik cheated on Edwards and was rushing back to England in order to save his relationship.
The members of One Direction and the band's PR team have maintained that Malik was simply fed up and stressed out and couldn't stomach being on tour any longer.
The latest reports from various insiders, however, suggest that Malik and Edwards might be on the rocks after all:
"He's gutted that Perrie has been left humiliated," one source tells Closer magazine. "He's told Perrie that he'll do anything to please her and wants to stop pushing their wedding date back.
"He says he wants to get married this year, but Perrie is having a hard time letting go of what she's seen."
Malik and Edwards got engaged in 2013, but apparently cheating on the road, then coming home and begging forgiveness has been Zayn's M.O. for quite some time, and Perrie has finally grown tired of the routine:
"They've been in this situation before," says the source. "Perrie feels horribly embarrassed. Right now, she needs more time to really think about what she wants and to put him on probation. She's told him one more slip-up and it's over."
Sounds like it might be soon be over between Zayn and Perrie. Something tells us a few million 1D fans wouldn't mind if they called it quits.
Jerod Brown, the obviously troubled cousin of ailing Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been arrested in his home state of Georgia, according to media reports.
Police pulled him over after smelling marijuana while driving behind his car. He said he didn't have marijuana on him, but "just came from the studio."
According to Atlanta authorities, Jerod Brown didn't have his license on him, and claimed that his name was Jahraim Reid, born on October 29, 1987.
After an hour of investigating, officials determined that he was lying, at which point he admitted his real name and correct birth date (November 9, 1987).
There was also a prior warrant out for his arrest, so Brown was booked on that, driving without a license, and providing false identification to police.
The incident comes a week after Jerod Brown released a music video, entitled "Pray4BK," as a tribute to/attempt to cash in on the woes of Bobbi Kristina.
His famous cousin, the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, has been in a medically induced coma since the last weekend in January.
She has shown no signs of improvement, by and large, since being found face down in the bathtub in her home by her estranged partner Nick Gordon.
Jerod, 27, has made headlines in the seven weeks since then by speaking out about Bobbi Kristina's condition on Facebook and other social platforms.
"Jerod Brown aka Jerod Carter aka YF Kennedy, continues to makes statements and appear on television," Chris Brown (no relation) said in response.
"However, he has not had any communication with Bobby Brown or the Houston family."
"He must be disregarded. Please do not attend any 'meet and greet' organized by Jerod Brown as he is unable to provide access to Bobbi Kristina or information on her condition."
"This is a criminal investigation and we do not need this sideshow."
It appears he's provided even more of a sideshow this week.
Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon were married, but reportedly estranged at the time of her tragic hospitalization. We hope she is able to beat the odds and recover.
Considering the fact that Scott Disick spends more time getting wasted at club appearances than hanging out with his baby mama and three kids, you would think he'd be on his best behavior when he is at home.
