Back in December, we reported that Amber Portwood was dating a 43-year-old ex-con by the name of Matt Baier.

Massive age difference aside, the relationship was an odd one from the start, as it was quickly revealed that Baier was obsessed with Jenelle Evans and several other Teen Mom cast members.

So it's probably a good thing that insiders are reporting Portwood has finally dumped Baier.

"They broke up earlier this week," a source tells Radar Online. "They had a very tumultuous relationship."

Another insider says Amber never fully trusted Baier and suspected him of cheating throughout their relationship.

Whatever the cause, the breakup appears to have been sudden. Just last week, Amber gushed about Baier on Twitter, writing:

"I'm blessed to have you by my side through these hard times...Love you."

The "hard times" Amber is referring to likely include the death of Portwood's father who passed away in December from liver damage caused by decades of heavy drinking.

Friends say Baier was extremely supportive of Amber through that crisis, but they also claim he had more bad qualities than good.

Baier was reportedly chronically unemployed and had been arrested several times n the past for charges ranging from DUI to assault.

Sounds like Amber dodged a bullet on this one.

Bill Montag, the father of reality star Heidi Montag, has been arrested on charges that he sexually abused a teenage girl for many years.

According to a 29-page affidavit, Bill Montag - who was picked up by authorities on Thursday in Aspen - engaged in illegal acts with the unidentified minor between 1993 and 1998, beginning when she was 13 years old.

He is accused of molesting this young woman a minimum of 50 times.

Authorities say the alleged victim came forward after nearly two decades so that other potential victims could be protected from Montag.

Based on the timeline of events, the victim is neither Heidi Montag nor her sister Holly Montag.

Among other allegations, the official complaint (per TMZ) states that Bill Montag "groomed [the victim’s] with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home."

The activities then escalated when he tried to insert a vibrator into her vagina. When the victim turned 16, Bill Montag reportedly began performing oral sex on her.

The documents describe the final incident as having taken place in 1998: Bill Montag allegedly crawled into bed with the 17-year old, attempted to pull down her underwear and said: "I want to have sex with you."

She rebuffed his advances and he replied with hurt, saying he thought the victim loved him the way he loved her.

Bill Montag has worked as a ski instructor and was recently employed at the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club. He divorced Heidi and Holly’s mother in 1990.

Heidi Montag is best known for her stint on The Hills. She recently resurfaced on Marriage Boot Camp, where she and long-time love Spencer Pratt are trying to work on their issues in a public forum.

She is yet to comment on the heinous charges being brought against her father.

An outspoken Republican, the actress appeared on Fox News yesterday and seemed to blame rape victims for the situations in which they find themselves, saying no one forces anyone to drink and that only those who act "naughty get hurt."

Dash was asked about the University of Virginia's decision to order sorority members to not attend fraternity parties this weekend, labeling the school's move as "ridiculous" and then expanding on why.

"The other bad girls, or the ones who like to be naughty, might go out and play and and get hurt."

As if referring to potential rape victims as "naughty" weren't controversial enough, Dash cited the behavior of certain women as a cause for sexual assault.

"But the other thing about this is, it then blames the alcohol instead of the person who overdrinks," she said. "So you know, it's like, the same thing with guns. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. Alcohol doesn't get you drunk, you get yourself drunk."

Very true. And also very irrelevant to the issue of rape.

Oddly enough, Dash appeared to take the opposite side of this fragile topic last July when she came down hard on Kanye West for comparing paparazzi attention to rape.

"For Kanye to say rape, maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island,” said Dash at the time, referring to the infamous New York prison. “You know, go to Rikers for a little while. And then he’ll know what rape is."

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in a bathtub this morning and rushed to the hospital by paramedics.

She has since been revived and is now breathing on her own.

According to TMZ sources, Brown’s husband (Nick Gordon) and a friend discovered her unconscious body inside the bathroom of her Roswell, Georgia residence.

They began CPR immediately and called 911.

Once police and paramedics arrived on the scene, they took over life-saving measures and transported Bobbi to North Fulton Hospital. She is now in the ICU.

No further details are available at this time, though rumors of drug use of followed Bobbi around for years.

There was talk that she would enter rehab soon after her mother's death; while a Bobbi Kristina bong video surfaced in April 2012.

Tragically and eerily, Bobbi's famous mother died of a drug overdose nearly three years to the day, on February 11. Her body was found in a hotel bathtub.

We have an update on the sad situation surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown.

As previously reported, the only child of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub inside her home on Saturday.

Her husband and a friend performance CPR and called 911 before paramedics arrived and transported Bobbi Kristina to a Georgia hospital.

Here is what we can now add to this troubling story:

• Bobbi Kristina was found face down in the bathtub.
• She is now breathing, but doctors have placed her in a medically-induced coma.
• Physicians are yet to determine a cause for what happened.
• Hours after the incident took place, authorities searched Brown's home.
• No drugs or other illicit substances were found on the premises.

Many, of course, feared a drug overdose at first and not unreasonably, given that Bobbi Kristina has battled substance abuse issues in the past.

There was talk of Brown entering rehab not long after her mother passed away, a tragic event that took place nearly three years ago to the day (on February 11, 2012).

However, Bobbi Kristina’s cousin, YF Kennedy tells E! News that his relative has been living a clean life for awhile now.

After the late Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in the tub and hospitalized Saturday, many questions have arisen.

Like her mother before her, Bobbi Kristina Brown has battled substance abuse in the past, but it's unclear exactly what landed her in the hospital.

A drug-related search came up empty in her home, reports say, but a family source knows outsiders will point the finger at her husband, Nick Gordon.

"He'll be the bad guy again," the source said, adding that from the start of their romance, "Nick knew that a lot of the family weren't fans of his."

"He sort of kept her away from some of her family because he didn't want them to say bad things about him to [Bobbi]. It's not exactly his fault."

Nick, who's often referred to as Bobbi Kristina's stepbrother, was raised as part of Whitney Houston's family but never formally adopted by her.

He was infamous for not getting along with members of Houston's family, particularly the late singer's mother, Cissy Houston. The source continued:

"Everyone had a preconceived notion about him, and it wasn't always fair. But he didn't do himself any favors. He was disrespectful a lot of the time."

Bobbi Kristina, 21, and Nick's unconventional romance has raised eyebrows over the years. They went public after Houston's death in 2012.

She married Nick Gordon last January, but that didn't entirely thaw the notoriously icy relations between Nick and Bobbi Kristina's relatives.

Still, the family insider cautions pointing any fingers at Nick, especially given the lack of conclusive evidence regarding what happened this week.

"I don't want to blame Nick for any drug use, because that's not fair," they said. "Nick may not be the best influence, but she makes her own choices."

Her father, Bobby Brown, "was blamed for Whitney's drug use, and that always bothered him. She was a grown woman who made her own choices."

"Krissy makes her own choices, too. No one influences her to do anything she doesn't want to do; she's stubborn just like both of her parents."

Not only that, "She said, 'I know how my mother died, and I've learned from her mistakes,'" the source recalls. "She seemed very adamant."

Baby, there were fireworks at halftime of Super Bowl XLIX in Arizona on Sunday, as Katy Perry anchored a musical performance full of pomp, circumstance and colorful hair.

It opened with Perry doing her best Katniss Everdeen impression, rocking a flame-themed outfit and riding a giant lion as she sang "Roar."

She then broke into "Dark Horse" while backup singers wore really weird costumes, transitioning from there into a duet of "I Kissed a Girl" with Lenny Kravitz.

COSTUME CHANGE! Perry proceeded to dance with some dolphins and beach balls while belting out her first big hit, "California Gurls."

Who showed up after that? Missy Elliott! She got her freak on and she worked it alongside Perry.

Finally, the pop star concluded festivities by shooting across the sky (literally!) for a rendition of "Firework," which, yes, included some actual fireworks.

And that was that. What did everyone think? It was definitely unique, you've gotta give Katy Perry that. She may not be a dancer, but she's certainly an entertainer. And an elaborate stager.
