Hank claims that the transsexual model, who revealed their sexual dealings, is guilty of illegally recording and extorting him, and he wants to make her pay.

Baskett's lawyer Lee Hutton will go to court next week in an attempt to obtain her records, which he believes will fully document an extortion attempt.

She wanted $5,000, allegedly, in exchange for her silence, and Hank reportedly tried to produce at least part of that payment when he got busted.

It's unclear why she went to Radar with the recordings and whether she fully initiated that, or merely didn't deny it after the site broke the scandal.

According to TMZ, he says he met her and her friend in a grocery store, and they invited him to go to their apartment. He ended up there, in any case.

Two stars of the show Sons of Guns, Stephanie Hayden and Kris Ford, were arrested Friday in their native Louisiana for abusing a nine-year-old child.

Parish of Livingston officials say Kris abused Stephanie's son (from a previous relationship last month) by striking the child in the lower buttocks area.

Stephanie Hayden was also taken into custody, after the boy told police that she was also present during this, although she is not charged with hitting him.

Kris Ford (full name Kristafor Ford) is accused of hitting the boy with a leather belt on the child's lower, right thigh, leaving a large bruise in the impacted area.

Ford was arrested late Friday afternoon and charged with cruelty to a juvenile. Ford is married to Stephanie Hayden, who is the daughter of Will Hayden.

All three worked for Red Jacket Firearms, the reality TV show's focus.

Stephanie's father Will Hayden was arrested for rape in August ... as well as for allegedly molesting his other daughter. Yes, those are two separate cases.

In all, Hayden has been arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated rape and one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile, all separate victims.

Two of the rape charges are in East Baton Rouge Parish, La., while the other rape charge and indecent behavior charge is out of Livingston Parish.

Sons of Guns was canceled shortly after this broke. Not surprisingly.

Anna Marie Cardwell (nee Shannon) confirms she was abused as a child by Mark McDaniel, the convicted molester who reportedly dated her mom June Shannon.

This was years before she and her family became reality stars, a stint that's now over after TLC canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo last week.

Now 20, Anna Shannon says registered sex offender McDaniel "would try and touch me and all that stuff" when she was eight and he dated her mom.

Cardwell, who went by "Chickadee" on the show, says she doesn't know what to believe in the wake of shocking reports that June is seeing him again.

"I'm just confused," she says of the scandal that got the hit show canceled. "I'm hearing one story from Mama and another one from someone else."

The question of whether June Shannon and Mark McDaniel are still involved romantically has been hotly debated, and denied by the former on social media.

McDaniel released from a Georgia prison in March after serving a 10-year sentence for aggravated child molestation, and June says they are not dating.

"Mama said the story isn't true and she hasn't seen Mark since he's been out of jail," Cardwell says. "My whole body believes that she is telling the truth."

"But my mind is going back and forth," she admits, "from you know, hey, she's telling the truth or she's not telling the truth, but most of me believes her."

She may want to go with her mind on this one. According to reports, she was car and house hunting with him earlier this fall. There are even photos.

Cardwell also says that June, who split with partner Sugar Bear earlier this year, was skeptical of Anna's abuse claims back when McDaniel was arrested.

"A week or so after it happened, I talked to Mama and she was upset, crying and saying, 'I don't believe you, I don't believe you, why would you do this to me?'"

"And I was like, 'Mama, he did that to me and I can't do anything about it,'" Anna laments. "'You were never there to see it you were always at work.'"

Cardwell moved in with her grandmother after the molestation, only moving back in with Shannon in 2012 before Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's premiere.

"Me and Mama realized we needed to put this behind us and get our relationship back on track and that's what we did, that's what we have been doing," Cardwell says.

Apparently Kim Kardashian is not the only celebrity afraid of Ebola.

According to The New York Daily News, Ariana Grande skipped a scheduled appearance at a charity in New York City this week because she was petrified of contracting Ebola.

Grande had been booked to sing for the nonprofit charity Pencils of Promise at its annual gala Wednesday night; all proceeds at the event were bookmarked for education for kids in developing countries.

"Everybody got there and was waiting for her to arrive and she was also supposed to be a surprise musical guest,” a guest tells the newspaper. “No one was told she wasn’t coming... when I overheard organizers say she’s not coming, she doesn’t want to come. She’s afraid of flying because of Ebola."

Organizers confirmed that the young pop star missed the event due to “a scheduling conflict.”

Grande’s cancellation came in the wake of an Ebola scare in Manhattan after Dr. Craig Spencer contracted the disease in West Africa.

He then returned to The Big Apple and rode the subway, walked The High Line, went to a Brooklyn bowling alley and took an Uber from Williamsburg to Harlem.

Spencer works for Doctors Without Borders and had been treating Ebola patients Guinea before returning to New York on October 17.

Fortunately, the Pencils of Promise event raised $2 million even without Grande attending.

McDaniel was sentenced to ten years in prison after being arrested for molesting Anna Shannon in 2004. He was released in March of this year.

June Shannon's four daughters all have different fathers and two of the men have served time in prison. Anthony Michael Ford - the father of 17-year-old Jessica "Chubs" Shannon - is a convicted sex offender who served two years in prison for child molestation.

Last week, a school shooting in Washington left three dead and five critically wounded.

The shooter - 15-year-old Jaylen Fryberg - died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Sadly, incidents such as the Marysville High School rampage are all too common in American schools these days, with the most recent taking place at Reynolds High School just four months ago.

Fryberg's attack marks the 11th pre-meditated school shooting since the Sandy Hook massacre in December of 2012.

It's a story most Americans know all too well at this point, but there are several ways in which the Fryberg tragedy stands out as unique.

By all accounts, Jaylen Fryberg was not an angry loner, but a well-liked student athlete.

Unlike previous school shooters, he didn't target bullies or those more popular than himself. Instead he attacked his own friends, and even one of his cousins.

Jaylen was elected Homecoming Prince just weeks before the shooting and was described as happy and outgoing by his friends and classmates.

Perhaps that's why students have been more open in sharing fond memories of the troubled young man.

A makeshift memorial has sprung up at a chainlike fence outside of the Marysville-Pilchuck High School campus and to the surprise of many, one section features an outpouring of grief and sympathy for Jaylen Fryberg:

"Jaylen, you're an amazing kid, I love you," reads one message scrawled on a Mylar balloon.

"Jaylen, I may not have known you well, but I've heard nothing but great things about you," reads another note.

Other messages written by students include:

"Jaylen, wheres do I begin? You were my brother, my best friend. I love you, bro!"

"Jaylen, I will never forget your beautiful smile."

"Zoe and Jaylen! You guys will be missed terribly."

The last message refers to 14-year-old Zoe Galasso who was the first to die in the shooting.

On social media and in comment boards across the Internet, many have expressed their belief that it's inappropriate to honor Fryberg's life in the same place where family and friends pay tribute to those he murdered.

Others have pointed out, however, that it's only when we acknowledge the tragedy of a young man feeling compelled to commit such an atrocity that we can hope to get to the root cause of such once-unimaginable behavior.

According to recent reports, Bruce Jenner is now dating Ronda Kamihira, the long-time personal assistant and best friend of his ex-wife.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are still undergoing therapy, which you know if you watch True Tori online or read any celebrity gossip on the web.

On the Season 2 premiere, Tori faked/had a pregnancy scare, which she was not too thrilled about, given all they have been through in the last year.

Well, talking to her therapist in a sneak peek from this week's show, she makes it clear that she's glad she isn't with child ... and doesn't want to be again:

"How does that make you feel, Dean?" McDermott is asked for his take on the situation, and admits that yeah, it hurts, but Tori is sticking to her guns.

Dean just goes through the motions of married life, and it's sad that she didn't realize this about him until now, but at least she's gotten a clue eventually.

In another sneak peek from True Tori Season 2 Episode 2, a producer asks her why she stays in the troubled marriage, she admits that it's all for the kids.

"When there's children involved, you look at a relationship differently than if there were no children. I think every woman would agree with that," she declares.

The couple's rocky relationship is clearly taking a toll on her. She was hospitalized for a nervous breakdown last week, and posted a photo with a cryptic caption:

"This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away from you. We all need 2 step up from inside & go 4 it! W/our friends by our side."

Walmart is yet to apologize for these 37 ridiculous people who have frequented its aisles at some point in the recent past.

But the global chain has come out and said it's very sorry for offering Halloween costumes to "Fat Girls."

Earlier today, online customers were aghast to see the retailer labeled a section of its adult plus-size Halloween outfits as "Fat Girl Costumes."

An influx of negative responses turned "Fat Girl Costumes" into a trending topic on Twitter, with one user summing up everyone’s feelings thusly:

"Walmart took it to another level today with their 'fat girl costumes' section on their website. Disappointed and flabbergasted."

In response to the controversy, a spokesperson for Walmart has issues the following statement:

This never should have been on our site. It is unacceptable, and we apologize. We are working to remove it as soon as possible and ensure this never happens again."

The section of the website has since been revised to read "Women's Plus-Size Halloween Costumes."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West returned to the scene of the romantic crime last night.

The famous couple attended Game Five of the World Series in San Francisco, visiting AT&T Park for the first time since Kanye proposed to Kim there way back in 2013.

Kardashian and West took in the Giants' shutdown victory from a private suite, but they were joined there at one point by someone even more despicable than they are:

Lindsay Lohan has been on a rare hot streak lately, but even though her career is better than its been since the days when Gretchen Wieners was trying to make "fetch" happen, LiLo still finds time to post sad, saggy selfies on Instagram.

Last week, Lindsay posted a topless pic while backstage at her London play. Yes, she took off her clothes for a selfie while at her place of employment. Almost too classy.

But hey, she must have gotten a positive response, because here she is backstage and semi-nude again. And this time she has guests!

Now, the last one might have been spur of the moment, and in Lindsay's famous champagne and underwear selfie...well, she was clearly hammered. But this one is different. This one is clearly planned:

The studio held a special event today for select members of the media, announcing its next phase of blockbusters and superheroes, starting with this jaw-dropper:

Chadwick Boseman will star as Black Panther in a film scheduled for a 2017 release.

The actor (who portrayed Jackie Robinson in 42) appear on stage alongside Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. immediately after the announcement was made.

Among the other major announcements dropped by Marvel:

• Captain American 3 will be titled “Civil War” and will hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
• Doctor Strange will be released on November 6, 2016.
• Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is coming on May 5, 2017.
• Kevin Feige was on hand to unveil the title of "Thor: Ragnarok" (to be released on July 28, 2018).
• The Avengers 3 will be subtitled “Infinity War” and split into two part; the first will be released on May 4, 2018 and the second in 2019.
• Captain Marvel is coming on July 6, 2018. This movie will mark the first-ever female superhero lead in Marvel history.
• Inhumans will be made into a film and released on November 2, 2018.

The star of the newly-canceled TLC reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo may have been even more rife with scandal than originally believed.

Executives axed the show amid reports of matriarch June “Mama June” Shannon dating her ex-boyfriend Mark McDaniel, a convicted child molester.

June Shannon and Mark McDaniel dated before his 10-year prison sentence, and he even molested one of June's daughter's prior to being locked up.

McDaniel is not the first sex offender Shannon has been linked to, though.

The father of Shannon’s daughter Jessica, Michael Anthony Ford, was arrested in 2005 and later convicted for the sexual exploitation of a child over the Internet.

According to Georgia Department of Corrections, he was sentenced to a maximum of four years behind bars and 10 years of probation for the criminal offense.

He is still behind bars on a separate charge of child abandonment.

The fathers of Shannon’s other children, including estranged husband David Michael “Sugar Bear” Thompson, also have criminal records, albeit not for sex crimes.

The father of the titular Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson), Suge was sentenced to to five years for robbing a series of campsites and setting fire to another.

David Dunn, the father of Anna Thompson, did time for stealing a handgun and later for stealing a carton of cigarettes. June sure knows how to pick 'em.

Anna was molested by Mark McDaniel before he went to prison, while Honey Boo Boo was exposed to him after he got out this year, photo evidence shows.

She and Sugar Bear split not long after Mark got out of the slammer.

All of which begs the question of why June wasn't vetted by producers of Toddlers & Tiaras, where Alana got her reality TV start, or Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

This family is way more famous than you are. It's just unclear why, exactly.

A basic background check would have shown that Shannon and McDaniel were connected via a residential address, along with several other names.

McDaniel’s name comes up as an “associated” name listed at a Stockbridge, Ga., address between 1996-2009 - the same as June's address from 2001-07.

When the two shows premiered, in 2009 and 2012, respectively, he was in jail. In any case, “Background checks don’t catch everything,” one Hollywood lawyer said.

“And then you have the issue of juvenile records, which aren’t shown.”

Discovery had to abruptly cancel Sons of Guns, after star Will Hayden was arrested on multiple charges of rape and sexual assault against minors this year.

In this case, Hayden had no prior sexual offenses, so Discovery would have had no way of knowing about the alleged crimes except from the victims.

One high-powered reality TV executive says these two shows may change how diligently cast and crew members are vetted from this point on, however.

“This will force companies to go much deeper,” explained the source. “If a child is involved in a show, the entire crew undergoes background checks too."
