For the second time on his current tour, Justin Bieber's bus has been raided a drug paraphernalia has been discovered.

In April, the singer's vehicle was stopped and searched by authorities, who found marijuana on board but could not connect it to any single individual and therefore no charges were filed.

Last night, meanwhile, the bus was halted at the border between Michigan and Canada, with Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond telling TMZ that a dog sniffed out the illegal substances inside.

Bieber was not on board at the time of the search.

The drugs and the equipment were seized and the driver was issued a citation, but all passengers were allowed to proceed without any further sanctions.

In March, Rihanna's tour bus was pulled over for the same reason at the same location, the Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit.

It's unlikely Justin will comment on the latest incident involving his brush with the law, but it will still throw wood on the fire for critics around the nation. Most recently, Sharon Osbourne slammed the singer for thinking he's black.

Tonight's the night! Errr, sort of. Tonight is part one of the "shocking" conclusion to Desiree Hartsock's quest for love as The Bachelorette. 

Previews have shown all three remaining men, and Des herself, in tears and The Bachelorette spoilers promise a shocking ending!

And then there's Brooks. Desiree's feelings for him are "set apart" from her feelings for the other guys. Everything about this opening says that she chooses him. Everything.

Except the fact that he's apparently unsure of the fact that he's expected to propose to her at the end of this. So that's not good. (Or it's smart and very good because it means he's serious? Who knows.)

They're in Antigua for the overnight dates and Drew's date is first. 

Drew really feels like if they were married and going on vacation, they'd definitely be doing things like going to Antigua and hanging with the locals. And doing the limbo. (But not, perhaps, the horizontal mambo?) 

They head down a trail for a picnic overlooking the water and talk about his family and hometown date. Bringing her home to meet his family and his sister was one of the happiest day of his life. 

Drew calls Desiree his "soul mate" and hopes tonight will be the night he can tell her.

The show cuts to commercial with the two of them kissing. When it returns, they're still kissing. Plus 12.

Because of the rain, she takes him to the fantasy suite and then gives him an invitation to the fantasy suite. An invitation which he accepts. Plus 4.

Drew tells her he's ready to propose to her that night. Then he tells the camera crew it's time to leave.

It strikes me just how awkward it is that she can invite all of the men to the fantasy suite on consecutive nights. Isn't that a deal breaker for any of them? So, so awkward.

But hey, what happens in the fantasy suite, right?

Brooks needs to go home to visit his family before he can go on an overnight with Desiree. He's not to the point yet where he can tell Desiree he loves her because he doesn't know if he loves her.

He's uncomfortable with the idea of proposing to her at the end of this and can't answer the question "do you love Desiree" without feeling like he's saying something wrong.

His sister says if he's at this point and he can't say it, he knows the answer he's looking for. He gets quiet. 

Brooks has a tough week ahead of him.

Chris, however, is ready to go on his date with Desiree. He's "truly, madly, deeply" in love with her. Plus 5.

They take a helicopter ride to see the island and he says he has no doubt that they're sharing the same feelings of love together. He's so...syrupy sweet.

Nice make out session in the waves in their swim suits which is something that just doesn't happen because SAND IN THE BATHING SUIT. Minus 13.

It doesn't rain out their dinner, so they get to eat and have a conversation about the future. Which Desiree awkwardly brings up. 

He's found a job he really likes in Seattle. And he'd like to raise a family in Seattle. But he doesn't know if Desiree wants to be in Seattle.

She's willing to make the sacrifice for the person she loves and would definitely be down with moving to Seattle. Plus 8.

They talk about making eye contact over dinner and she gives him the fantasy suite invitation. He thinks the suite is a great opportunity to spend more time with her and...watch the stars. Is that what the kids are calling it these days?

He wrote her another poem. This one tells her that he's ready to spend his life with her forever and ever. As long as they can watch the stars. Minus 7

Finally, Brooks has made it to Antigua for his date with Desiree. Her feelings for him are deeper than her feelings for the other guys and she's not just falling in love with him. She's in love.

Before their date, Brooks sits down with Chris Harrison. Brooks' head tells him he's in love with her, but his heart doesn't. 

He doesn't want to jump into this because it's a big deal. 

Chris asks "are you not sure, or are you telling me I'm not in love with this girl" and Brooks goes "hmm. I don't know." 

Brooks has thought about everything and he doesn't think he's going to feel it if he doesn't feel it yet. Desiree isn't the love of his life.

But he has this crazy love for her. But she's not the one.

He's ready to commit, but not to Des.

Chris tells him to man up. If he's going to break Desiree's heart it's better that he does it sooner rather than later. After all, she'll have to pick her second choice dude to fill Brooks' shoes.

It's time for him to go and meet Desiree and he's got to stop off and cry under a tree first. Desiree thinks today is going to be stress free, no worries. Ehhhh....

He's crying as he walks up and asks her to go have a talk with him. 

He loves that they had such an amazing first date. And that she's a much better person than he is. And she can see the writing on the wall that this is a break-up and not a profession of love.  

He really wants to be madly in love with her, but...she starts to cry and he begs her not to cry. WHY DO MEN DO THAT? Minus 100.

She can't even look at him and she asks the question "why now?" He tells her he didn't know. He thought more time would make it happen. 

Through tears, she says "I love you." And he wants to know why she didn't say it earlier. She says she did with their silly running, skipping, jumping analogy, but apparently he failed that part of school.

She's never felt completely loved by anyone in her life. He tries to soothe her broken heart with "I do care about you." 

He doesn't think doing anything differently would have changed things and keeps talking. She tells him to just stop talking because it's just breaking her heart more to rehash it all. Minus 35.

In his one-on-one, he says he didn't want to leave her and he didn't expect to feel that. He didn't expect to want to stay with her. 

After continuing to say how sorry he is, he asks if they can just walk for a little bit. She says she wanted him to meet her family and he asks her what she's going to do now. He doesn't know where she was with the other guys.

Best exchange of the night:

Brooks: I'm sorry. I'll shut up. I'm not helping.
Desiree: No. Not at all.

Whatever mascara Desiree's wearing? It really lives up to its waterproof claims.

Brooks stops to cry by some more trees while Desiree's salty tears find new homes in the ocean. 

Brooks misses all of the moments he and Desiree shared already. He was banking on the fact that she was more in love with one of the other guys and his breaking her heart wouldn't be quite so devastating.

He was wrong.

Vicki's having Lydia and Alexis over to show them the new un-Donn'ed house. Vicki's thinking of having a party to show everyone the new house. But she's going to have a Winter Wonderland party outside. To show off the inside of the house. Okay.

Lydia says she feels like she likes Slade and then he talks and she doesn't like him anymore. Plus 3.

Slade's pulling his old tricks again and talking about Vicki on his radio show. Her new nickname is "Tupperware Face." Immediately upon hearing it, Alexis tells Vicki to turn the radio show off. Smart, Alexis! Plus 2.

Vicki plans to invite Slade to her party anyway just so she can call him out on his latest antics.

At Casa Dubrow, Terry calls a family meeting. They need to tell the kids that they're building a new house. Nicky isn't a fan at first, but then Terry tells him they can build a bigger movie theater and he's on board. Plus 10.

At the radio station, Slade's co-host plays the "perfect" song for him. She pushes play and Gretchen's song begins to play. At first he doesn't know what's going on but by the time the song hits the bridge, he's crying, his cohost is crying, and it's a little dusty in my living room. Plus 50.

While Slade's being song-bombed in his studio, Gretchen's busy setting up an engagement party for him. The party looks way more like it's for Gretchen than for Slade, but hey, everybody loves a party. Plus 5.

Gretchen pulled out all the stops for this engagement. She sent a tux and a limo to his office, scheduled a helicopter ride, planned the party. Oh, and the song. 

She didn't invite any of the ladies to the party. Vicki hates Gretchen and Slade, she's been on the outs with Alexis for a year, she and Tamra are in a rough patch, and now Heather's talking smack about her acting gigs. 

Poor Gretch. At least she'll get the guy.

She sits down with her mom and has a heart to heart about her past relationships. They've all ended in tragedy so she's a little scared of the next step with Slade.

Mom gives her stamp of approval on Slade. Plus 4.

As the helicopter lands, Slade catches site of Gretchen and Gretchen catches sight of Slade. They're both crying. 

She makes an amazing speech, the smartest, most eloquent thing Gretchen has ever said in maybe her whole life. It's so incredibly sweet. Plus 50.

Before giving an answer, Slade gets down on one knee, apparently not realizing that the proposal already happened and he wasn't the one to issue it. Whatever. He says yes. Plus 20.

Tamra and Eddie are ready to sell memberships to CUT Fitness even though the gym isn't open yet.

Alexis, who was kicked out of the studio once upon a time, is the first to show up and be welcomed into it. Plus 12.

Back at the hotel, Gretchen and Slade enter the party and are greeted by their family and closest friends. Slade's mom welcomes Gretchen to the family. So does Slade's son Gavin, who sounds exactly like his father. Plus 8.

Gretchen gives another little speech and welcomes her friends from high school and college and now and then welcomes their family.

Vicki's setting up for her Winter Wonderland party but tells her decorators and crew to scale it back. She wanted a Mediterranean Winter Wonderland. She's shouting about the "bitches" who are arriving in an hour. Minus 12.

She wants no drama at her party. Good luck.

Ryan's back in town so he gets his honey-do list: fix the fridge, fix the water heater, take out the trash. He declines. 

Tamra and Eddie arrive first and Tamra's excited to meet Baby Troy. Baby Troy's excited to make a poop in his diaper. 

As a housewarming present, Tamra brought Vicki a BFF frame with a picture of the two of them in it. A not terribly flattering photo, but a photo. Plus 3.

There is much SQUEEing as the rest of the group arrives. Tamra's surprised to see Jim arrive with Alexis. Never seeing Jim ever would be great, so I feel you, Tamra.

Lydia believes people should whisper the word "magical." Minus 4. Hey, Lydia. Stop eating your mom's brownies. 

While the ladies are sitting around, Vicki announces that Brooks is back and Tamra's visibly unhappy. Briana doesn't know yet and Tamra previews the giant problem Vicki's going to have when Briana finds out. 

Tamra changes the subject and announces that she and Eddie have a wedding date set. Then talk turns to Gretchen just as Gretchen and Slade walk in the door.

Next week's finale is going to be...a lot of Vicki screaming like Vicki screams. Can't wait!

Happy birthday to you Arnold Schwarzenegger! The big guy is turning 66 today and can you think of a better way to celebrate than with a top ten list?

Didn't think so.

Let's break down Arnold Schwarzenegger's Top Ten Movies:

1. Commando: Classic action movie (we've all seen the "rocket launcher on shoulder" photo) with a great sense of humor. Schwarzenegger defined "retired Delta Force operative pulled back into action" with his role of John Matrix.
2. Running Man: loosely based on the Stephen King story, and very reminiscent of the classic Richard Connell's The Most Dangerous Game, Running Man was a great cat and mouse story.
3. Conan the Barbarian: Why is the news of a new Conan trilogy so interesting? Because Arnold Schwarzenegger is Conan. No one can fill his leather sandals.
4. Twins: Most certainly a departure from his usual action fare, Twins was a fabulous movie. Who would have guessed that Danny DeVito and Arnold would make such a great team?
5. Kindergarten Cop: "It's not a tumor." Enough said.
6. Predator: Carl Weathers, Jesse Ventura, Arnold Schwarzenegger. This might have been the dream team of military/sci-fi/action stars teaming up for Predator.
7. True Lies: Let's not kid ourselves here, Arnold was great in True Lies, but we all know it as "that movie where Jamie Lee Curtis does the striptease."
8. The Terminator: The movie that brought forth one of Schwarzenegger's most recognizable characters, Terminator is synonymous with the actor. 
9. Total Recall: Such a great movie, Hollywood just couldn't help themselves but to remake it into a not as great movie. 
10. Terminator 2: Judgment Day: What? The sequel beats out the original? In this case, most certainly. Terminator 2 remains one of Schwarzenegger's and the genre's best films.

Honorable Mention has to go to Jingle All the Way. Just kidding, birthday boy or not, there are no good words for that Christmas movie gone wrong.

Eileen Brennan, an acclaimed, veteran actress and Oscar nominee for her role in 1980's Private Benjamin, has died, according to reports. She was 80.

Brennan passed away last Sunday at her Burbank, California, home after a battle with bladder cancer, her management company confirmed.

"Our family is so grateful for the outpouring of love and respect for Eileen," her family said in a statement. "She was funny and caring and truly one of a kind."

"Her strength and love will never be forgotten. She will be greatly missed by all of us."

Brennan was known for character roles as sassy, brassy women, the kind with a sandpaper surface but a light, pure heart.

Brennan appeared in classics like The Sting, The Last Picture Show and Clue.

She reprised her role as Captain Doreen Lewis in the television adaptation of Private Benjamin and won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for her work.

Her career shifted more towards TV, guest-appearing in hits like ER, Murder, She Wrote, 7th Heaven and Will & Grace, in recent years.

Matt Lauer is not a popular man around The Today Show set these days.

That's been the case for a long time, of course, but Radar Online claims Lauer is especially under fire right now because nine employees were recently canned - and the anchor's alleged refusal to take a pay cut is being blamed for their pink slips.

“It has really irked the staff because Matt is the highest paid journalist in the business, and he only works four days a week!" the insider says. "If he had agreed to a one percent pay cut, those jobs could have been saved.”

Lauer earns $25 million per year, but rumors continue to persist that Today may fire its lead anchor.

For the first time in nearly two decades, Good Morning America beat Today in the May sweeps this spring.

Jay Leno, meanwhile, indirectly hurt Lauer's reputation last year when he sliced his own salary in half in order to avoid any staff firings.

“It would never cross Matt’s mind to voluntarily take a pay cut like Jay Leno did," this source adds. "What Jay did was total class, and he took responsibility for the situation. Matt has been calling the shots at Today for a very long time, and he could learn a lot from Jay.”

Earlier this summer, it came out that Lauer is demeaning and dismissive of Today staffers.

Just when you think there can't be another JFK assassination movie, along comes Parkland.

The upcoming Parkland is told from the point of view of the doctors, nurses, and staff of Parkland Hospital in Dallas where President Kennedy was treated and ultimately pronounced dead.

Zac Efron stars as the young surgeon, Jim Carricon, who first treated the President after he arrived at the hospital. Carricon stayed at Kennedy's side until he was pronounced dead. Quite a bit of distance with this role from the rumored Star Wars 7, Ben Skywalker role.

Parkland will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival before it's release in theaters on September 20th.

If you followed Kurt Warner's story at all, you know it was only a matter of time before Mr. "Supermarket to Super Bowl" would be the subject of a feel-good biopic. 

Well it appears as if that time is now as it has just been announced that 20th Century Fox is taking on the rags to riches tale.

Based on his autobiography titled, All Things Possible: My Story of Faith, Football and the Miracle Season, the biopic will undoubtedly focus on Warner's incredible journey.

The then-unknown quarterback went from stocking grocery store shelves to leading the Rams to a thrilling victory over the Tennessee Titans in 1999.

Of course, being a Rams fan and seeing Brenda Warner on the sidelines a lot during those years, I'm a little bit ashamed to admit that my first thought at casting for her would be Kate Gosselin.

Throw tomatoes at me if you must, but I think we can all agree, it's the hair. 

No word yet on when we can expect this tear jerker to arrive in theaters.

While careful not to reveal The Bachelorette spoilers concerning next Monday's finale, Desiree Hartsock is speaking out about last night's events.

In a shocking twist, Brooks Forester vaguely, awkwardly dumped her in an epic breakup that resulted in endless tears and consumed an hour of TV.

Truly, it is the most surprising ending to The Bachelorette we've seen, just as the producers promised. Heading into next week, so many questions linger.

This seems to be the week of strange animal stories. The other day it was the roaming gang of street cats, and today it is a stray dog gone wrong.

Taking in a stray dog is such a selfless act. Giving an animal a home is usually paid back in spades by the adoring love of the new mutt. 

And then, sometimes, the dog chews your nuts off.

An Arkansas man, who for obvious reasons wished to remain nameless when recounting his story, found himself in that exact position.

He took in a "small, white, and fluffy" stray dog, slept in the nude, and woke up to discover the dog had eaten one of his testicles.

The man is paralyzed and was awoken due to "burning pain" only to find the dog's muzzle and paws covered in blood. He was treated at St. Bernards (seriously?) Regional Medical Center.

The dog who had been docile in the previous days, was ultimately euthanized and will be tested for rabies. 

Moral of the story: Don't sleep naked with a strange dog. 

Move over, Justin Bieber.

The boy bander posted a photo to Instagram today along with the caption "I never do this but... Healthy living and fitness update. Post workout picture. #diabeticinshape #2.0."

In responses, users have left such comments as "yumi," "OH MY GOD ! Nicholas OH MY GOD. This is real? #Dead #God #OMJ :$," and "Me tienes mal, estoy intentando respirar."

A member of the paparazzi trespassed on Kardashian property yesterday. 

He jumped the fence of the gated community... made it close enough to the family's home to be spotted from their living room... and then Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and company chased after him?

There were no security guards around? No hesitation on the parts of these unarmed women to go running after a total stranger?

And no actual sighting of the reporter in question in the following video, which Kim just happened to record and post to Keek?

TLC has given the green light to a special titled The Man With the 132 lb. Scrotum. It will center around Wesley Warren Jr., a 49-year old Las Vegas resident… with a 132-pound scrotum.

Hey, at least you can't pretend you didn't know what you were signing up for!

Warren suffers from s condition known as "scrotal lymphedema," which makes simple tasks such as walking, cooking and going to the bathroom far more challenging for him than they are for most.

This one-hour program airs Monday, August 19.

It's time to snuggle up to your pups and perhaps shield their eyes. 

Dog lovers and canine rescue operators gathered together in Baltimore to put to rest the remains of 240 dogs who were found in the home of animal hoarder, Judy Cahill.

The dogs were buried in the Baltimore Humane Society's Nicodemus Memorial Park, a nice resting place for the dogs who had such a sad existence in life.

Judy Cahill was charged with neglect after the dogs were found in her home in deplorable conditions. She had been hoarding animals in her home for over 30 years. Due to terms of her conviction, she will not be able to own a pet in Maryland for ten years.

So sad. I think we all need to go watch that amazing puppy again. 

Anthony Weiner is standing by campaign spokeswoman Barbara Morgan after she went on an expletive-laden rant against former intern Olivia Nuzzi.

After Nuzzi went public with some less-than-flattering insight in the N.Y. Daily News, Morgan referred to her as a "f--king slutbag," a "tw-t" and a "cu-t".

Nuzzi stated that people only work for Weiner's New York City mayoral campaign to gain access to his wife, Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

In a statement to Business Insider, Morgan said: “In a moment of frustration, I used inappropriate language in what I thought was an off-the-record conversation."

She adds in her mea culpa that, "It was wrong and I am very sorry, which is what I said tonight when I called and emailed Olivia to apologize."

Talking Points Memo's Josh Marshall said there was zero doubt he was going to report this and "no question that the interview was on the record."

"I tend to think that 'off the record' niceties go out the window the minute someone calls another person a 'slutbag' or a 'cunt,' but that's just me," he added.

Olivia Nuzzi, meanwhile, has since changed her Twitter bio to "Slutbag, twat and cunt."

No word if Sydney Leathers has changed hers to "naughty but nice aspiring porn star."

"I would like to clear up what I said about Justin Bieber's Instagram," Dennings told E! News. "Here's the deal: I said that about his Instagram because there's so many shirtless pictures, and I feel like he's too young to be posting shirtless pictures! I mean good for you, you've got that side stuff and you're real young."

George Zimmerman was pulled over for speeding on Sunday in the town of Forney, Texas, according to police, with a gun in his glove compartment.

He informed police that the weapon was there shortly after being pulled over.

The officer who pulled him over asked Zimmerman where he was going, to which he responded, "nowhere in particular," according to news reports.

CBS News says that, during the traffic stop, which occurred at 12:54 p.m., the 29-year-old also asked the officer if he recognized him from television.

He was given a warning after police determined he was free of outstanding warrants. He was sent on his way with a polite goodbye, "Have a safe trip."

Zimmerman was found not guilty of second-degree murder charges related to his killing of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin just over two weeks ago.

This is the second time he's been in the news since.

Three days after his acquittal, Zimmerman aided a family trapped under an overturned SUV on a Florida highway, pulling two kids and their parents to safety.

It's unclear why he was, or is, driving through Texas, but he has been in hiding ever since the not guilty verdict became a national story back on July 13.
