Jenna Ushkowitz is the latest Glee cast member to address the death of Cory Monteith.

Over the weekend, Chord Overstreet dedicated a song to his late colleague, while Dianna Agron has expressed her remorse over the passing and Ryan Murphy has given us an idea of how his show will handle such a tragedy.

Now, Ushkowitz has published an Instagram photo of the tight-knit group along with a message to Monteith:

“I am so grateful that Glee brought this group of extraordinary individuals together to form a family,” Ushkowitz wrote on the social network, adding:

“I was lucky enough to closely experience the love and light that Cory shared with the world, as well as having the privilege of traveling down the road together on a once in a lifetime journey. Cory always reminded me to be gracious, kind and open, and he will leave a mark in my heart forever. Thank you everyone for your constant support and love while we mourn the loss of our dear friend, and continued support to Cory’s family, and to Lea.”

Glee will start production in August on season 5 and premiere new episodes on September 26.

A 911 call placed after Amanda Bynes lit a fire in a stranger's driveway indicates that the situation may have been even crazier than initially reported.

She's now hospitalized on a 5150 hold, which means officials felt she was enough of a danger to herself and others to keep her against her will.

That alone tells you how bad things have gotten, and it remains to be seen if she will seek additional care voluntarily after the 72-hour hold is up.

In any case, here's how we got to this point ...

Monday night, Amanda Bynes put a flaming cloth on top of a gas tank and set it on fire outside a residence in her hometown in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The 911 caller couldn't tell if the gas tank was full or not, but called the cops because of the possibility of an explosion ... and because of how he saw Bynes.

She was lying down near the driveway with her left pant leg on fire, he says, adding that she quickly put out the flames and didn't appear injured.

Amanda Bynes said her dog had been burned, however. After the eyewitness confronted her about all this, she hailed a cab and peaced out of there.

That's when he called 911. The sheriff's department was subsequently called to the scene and Amanda was found standing near the campfire.

It's not clear where she went briefly, but she must have come back quickly.

They took her into custody and had her placed under psychiatric hold, something many might say was a long time coming giving her recent antics.

When police arrived, they asked the owner, "Do you know anyone by the name of Amanda Bynes, or why she would have some vendetta against you?"

The woman had no idea who that was or that this had even happened.

To state the obvious, it is totally unclear why Amanda started the fire.

New parents Kate Middleton and Prince William debuted the Royal Baby just moments ago, posing outside the hospital door with the young one.

One day after his birth, the as-yet-unnamed Prince of Cambridge made his global debut outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London.

Palace reps confirmed that "the Duchess is to be discharged from the hospital."

The new family are expected to briefly go back inside the facility, put the newborn in his car seat, and then head home to Kensington Palace this evening.

Royals. They're just like us.

Kate Middleton and Prince William, both 31, smiled for hundreds of cameras and cheering well-wishers while offering the first glimpse of their little one.

"He's got a good pair of lungs on him that's for sure. He's a good boy, he's quite heavy," said William of his son, who Kate gave birth to on Monday.

The youngster weighed a healthy 8 lbs., 6 oz. "It's the first time we've seen him, really we haven't had a proper chance to catch up," William added.

Added the tired, but glowing new mother, "It's such a special time."

"I think any parent probably sort of knows what this feeling is like."

William added: "I'll remind him of his tardiness when he's a bit older!"

Well played, you guys. Then there was this zinger:

Added William: "He's got her looks, thankfully."

As for the name, he said they're "still working on" one. So don't hold your breath for that announcement today ... though they'll likely pick one soon!

Back in 1982, an infant William made his own world debut as parents Princess Diana and Prince Charles introduced him on the very same steps.

Diana wore polka dots, not unlike Kate today.

Kate and William acknowledged the hard work of the staff at St. Mary's in a statement earlier, and we eagerly await more details on their bundle of joy.

The web has been abuzz with The Bachelorette spoilers this month, as fans Desiree Hartsock prepares for what could be a rocky lead-up to the finale.

While in the past, The Bachelor or The Bachelorette spoilers have centered around which suitor the star would pick, this year looks a bit different.

Heading into the August 5 season-ender, most of the uncertainty surrounding Desiree Hartsock relates to whether she ends up engaged or heartbroken.

Brooks Forester has been the favorite all season long, both among those offering spoilers and on screen. Des has even admitted she's in love.

So what's the big twist keeping this from being a foregone conclusion?

Even the producers themselves are weighing in on the unusual nature of this particular "journey" for love, and hinting that it may not end smoothly.

Misleading teases that don't come to fruition or are underwhelming in the end are standard for this show, but you don't often hear ones like this:

All season long, The Bachelorette spoilers from Reality Steve, the thorn in Fless' side for so many years, indicate that Desiree Hartsock does get engaged.

However, many suspect that something pretty big happens in the next two episodes that no one will see coming, and that could render his spoilers moot.

By all accounts, he says, Drew Kenney is eliminated in third place, setting up a Chris Siegfried vs. Brooks Forester finale one week from Monday.

On the season finale, Brooks allegedly proposes and Des accepts, but even the king of The Bachelorette spoilers is spotty on these next two weeks.

However it ends, we can pretty much guarantee that there will be unforeseen conflict, and that it involves Brooks. The question is how, and why?

In its preview for this coming Monday, ABC indicates that as Desiree is on overnight dates with Drew and Chris, Brooks is in the U.S. with his family.

This is unheard of on the show, as contestants typically have no time with family before or after hometown dates, which aired two episodes ago.

Brooks, the network says in its press release, is “torn between his strong feelings for Desiree when he is with her and insecurities when he is not.”

A heart-to-heart with his mother and sister help inspire his confidence and “with the reassurance he needs, [Brooks] boards the plane for Antigua.”

The drama doesn't end there, though, as Brooks Forester and Chris Harrison have their own heart-to-heart and “some shocking news is shared.”

Desiree and Brooks later talk this through, which leads to “one of the most explosive, dramatic, emotional moments in Bachelorette history.”

On the occasion of his girlfriend's 44th birthday, the dancer and choreographer Tweeted a special message to Jennifer Lopez.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my very very beautiful bear the nicest, sweetest, funniest, sexiest bear there is!" Smart wrote to J. Lo. "Love u."

The 26-year old has been dating the former American Idol panelist since 2011 and a source tells Us Weekly that everything is going "great" for the couple.

"He's fantastic; he's like my best friend. I can tell him everything, when I'm feeling down, when I'm feeling good," Lopez told the Harper's Bazaar in January. "He gives moral support, endless love and support."

Lopez may need to fight with a certain canine over her Twitter nickname, however.

Casper and Jennifer adopted a brown boxer puppy named "Bear" earlier this year. There's gotta be some doggy style joke in here someplace, right?

Bruce Willis is a fine actor and a great ex-husband.

But he may be the world's worst movie promoter.

Conducting an interview this week with Magic 105.4 FM in London, the actor looked more disinterested than Chris Brown at a violence against women seminar, answering questions with one word and making it clear he'd rather be ANYwhere else.

Willis is seated alongside Mary-Louise Parker for the Q&A, who recently said she may quit acting because people on the Internet are so mean.

The girl who alleged that Chris Brown assaulted her at a club is suing him.

Despite earlier claims that she's not out for money ... she totally is.

Deanna Gines wants $25,000 minimum, she says in court papers.

Gines' story is suspect at best. She claims he shoved her to the ground last month at Heat Ultra Lounge in Orange County, causing knee ligament damage.

Chris denied the claim, as did the club owner, and photos showed her walking around fine on the "injured" leg. She also said she wanted an apology - that's it.

So much for that. Now Deanna's unabashedly suing Brown as well as the nightclub for battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

George H.W. Bush is sporting a new look.

For a very noble cause.

The former President of the United States have shaven his head to in solidarity with a two-year-old Patrick, the son of a member of Bush's security detail who has been diagnosed with Leukemia.

Bush's spokesman Jim McGrath Tweeted the following picture of the ex-Commander-in-Chief, who joined with members of his Secret Service team in making the supportive gesture:

The 88-year old is mostly confined to a wheelchair these days. He was placed in intensive care in December and there was fear he would not survive the ordeal.

The troubled Amanda Bynes is in for a rough stretch ahead by any measure, but it won't include criminal charges for her most recent police entanglement.

Prosecutors will not charge the 27-year-old with trespassing, arson or any other criminal offense stemming from Monday night's bizarre incident.

Police and the D.A.'s office alike view her conduct as non-criminal and rooted in mental illness, which is scary, but at least she may finally get help.

Officials almost immediately decided Amanda needs treatment, not punishment.

Typically, this lasts only 72 hours, but officials may seek to extend it up to two weeks if she does not choose to seek mental health care on her own.

Criminally, however, she's off the hook - in this case alone.

She still faces DUI charges in L.A. and reckless endangerment, evidence tampering and marijuana charges in NYC, where she tossed a bong out the window.

Here's hoping that Amanda gets the help she clearly needs and the sweet, fresh-faced girl we all fell in love with years ago returns better than ever.

With reporters and fans wondering about the state of Kim Kardashian and her pregnancy weight, Kris Jenner took to her talk show today and updated all 12 viewers on the status of her mysteriously quiet daughter.

"Well, it’s been three seconds since she’s given birth," Kris said today, laughing off talk that she's locking Kim away until she's back to an acceptable figure.

"Trust me," Jenner told co-host Ryan Seacrest. "She's not there yet."

But, realizing how harsh that sounded, Jenner explained that Kim "is working hard. She’s not there yet, and if she were there already, it would be freaky weird.”

Meanwhile, as each day passes without a peek at little Nori, we can't help but wonder: might the release of the Royal Baby photos affect the timing of this child's public debut?

Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is a hot commodity these days. We've already seen Aaron Eckhart as Frankenstien's monster and it was just announced that James McAvoy will be joining Paul McGuigan's adaptation of the classic.

McAvoy joins Daniel Radcliffe, who signed on as Igor back in March. The film's screenwriter, Max Landis, has said that this version of Frankenstein will be "funny, sad, scary, and moving."

The as of yet untitled project is tentatively planned for a 2014 opening.

Amanda Bynes has shown schizophrenic tendencies and wild mood swings in the L.A. hospital where she was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

According to reports, doctors there have already determined that the 27-year-old is suffering from a severe mental illness "with schizophrenic tendencies."

The 27-year-old Bynes, hospital sources say, is fully cognizant of the fact that "there's a good Amanda and a bad Amanda." More frightening still?

When she talks about "bad Amanda," TMZ reports, "she almost mimics an exorcism, pulling at her body as if to remove the demon, and even biting herself."

It's not all bad. Yesterday, for a 10-hour period, she was kind, quiet and nice. Fully lucid, too. But doctors found that this can change quickly and radically.

When staff question Amanda Bynes about the fire she started on Monday, her personality changes radically. Frustrated, she totally clams up.

She remained "normal," though ... until out of the blue, her eyes widened and she demanded to know the status of the dog she soaked in gasoline.

Told that her parents, who are requesting a conservatorship over the troubled star, are taking care of it, she lost her cool and allegedly responded:

"They'll kill it, just like they tried to kill me."

She was really, really upset about this prospect. It's unclear why, but she was so incoherent and out of hand that she had to be physically held back.

Also, she was rooming with another female patient at the onset, but started berating and insulting her so badly that staff moved her to her own room.

Finally, since being admitted, she's undergone extensive toxicology screening, but aside from her beloved marijuana, Bynes is clean as a whistle.

Sad and scary to learn that her situation is probably worse than a lot of us realized. Here's hoping she gets the help she needs to make a fresh start.

Pippa Middleton is SO excited to be an aunt to the Royal Baby.

In the wake of Prince George's arrival into the world Monday, Kate Middleton's younger sister has expressed her joy over the newest family member.

Pippa, according to People, has already met the three-day-old, is "very excited about my sister's baby" and "so happy to be an aunt, as I love kids."

She and boyfriend Nico Jackson reportedly met the bundle of joy at Kensington Palace after he and his parents left the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital.

Pippa Middleton isn't the first family member to meet the royal baby. Earlier that day, Kate and Pippa's parents Carole and Michael Middleton stopped by.

"They're both doing well," Carole said. "We're so thrilled."

Now all we need is for Pippa and Prince Harry to get together and make some royal babies of their own to expand this magnificent gene pool.

Despite some recent celebrity gossip reports to the contrary, the couple is still totally together and in love. You could even say "madly in love," Us reports.

Rumors of an imminent split and/or the duo calling off their wedding aside, insiders say the relationship - and the planned nuptials - is still very much on.

Aniston, 44, is currently in New York City shooting her upcoming movie Squirrels to the Nuts, and Theroux, 41, has been a frequent visitor on-set.

Soon, OK! will report that he got Jennifer Aniston pregnant in there.

"Justin hangs in Jen's trailer while she shoots," a source said.

The couple stepped out to dinner at Blue Hill restaurant July 20, the very venue where Theroux and Aniston celebrated their engagement one year ago.

Earlier this year, sources said they put their nuptials on hold, but it could be nothing more than conflicting schedules and home renovations to blame.

In addition to their work obligations, the couple has also currently been overseeing a massive renovation of Aniston's $21 million Bel Air mansion.

"They just haven't finalized plans yet!" a source says.

That Taylor Swift, she's good people.

Following a concert with Ed Sheeran and Austin Mahone last Friday, the singer and her tour mates stopped for a meal at Ralph's Italian Restaurant in Philadelphia.

Turns out, the head chef of that establishment is a man named Shawn Gallo and he's a HUGE Taylor Swift fan.

"My son has autism, and while I'm at work my mom and my son love to listen to her music," Gallo told E! News. "He loves her music!"

Upon learning this story, Swift shocked Gallo by giving him two tickets to the following evening's show - and then she left him a $500 tip!

"It was so kind-hearted of her," the chef said after the experience. "My son Shawnee is 11. It was my son and I's first concert we've ever been to! It was really special."

So much for Taylor Swift being Satan, huh?
