Following the release of a Kanye West track in which he expresses love for Kim Kardashian, followed by a TMZ spy spotting these two exiting a movie theater in New York City two days ago, a source now confirms:

Kim and Kanye truly are a couple.

"Kim and Kanye have now just started dating," an insider tells People, adding that they are keeping it "light," and "seeing where it goes."

West and Kardashian have been friends for years. The former attended the latter's 30th birthday party in 2010 and even made a cameo on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. But don't expect that to happen again if this relationship lasts: Kim hilariously claims she'll be more private in her next romance.

Nadya "Octomom" Suleman said she’s “ashamed” of going on welfare to take care of her 14 children, but she will still never stoop so low as to do porn.

"I still am working as hard as I possibly can to support them,’’ Suleman told Today's Matt Lauer, adding that she made the welfare decision “reluctantly.”

Suleman said she was not just humbled, but afraid to take public assistance, as she's received death threats for receiving the aid (up to $2,000 a month).

"I feel ashamed, but who cares how I feel? It's 100 percent about my children,” she asked and answered, saying she hopes to be off public assistance soon.

“They deserve everything, they deserve the best.”

Including dignity. That's why, even though we've already seen Octomom nude, Suleman will NEVER do full-on porn, even if the offer was $100 million.

“I won’t touch other human flesh,’’ Suleman said. “The only flesh I’m touching is my own." Interestingly, this was also true of her children's conception.

She got pregnant with all 14 of them through IVF!

Anyway, she adds, "I would never, never accept anything. I will not lose my grip of my deeply indoctrinated morals and values. Every choice we as parents make is going to significantly affect our children for the rest of our lives."

Asked if she’s concerned public officials will try to take her children from her, Suleman said, “That will never happen and I can guarantee you on that."

“Hundreds of people, random people, call [social services] on a daily basis, and it’s sick. [It’s] unbelievably fascinating in regard to humanity how many people are foaming at the mouth for my children to be taken away from me."

"The saddest part is 15 years from now, when they’re 18 and legal and in college, people will still be foaming at their mouth for them to be taken.’’

Hopefully in 15 years, we'll have moved on ... or she'll have at least gotten off welfare and given people no reason to care. Pipe dreams ...

American Idol traveled back to the 1980s last night.

But the remaining eight finalists were forced to look ahead on Thursdays results show, as America voted and revealed an unfortunate future for one contestant:

It appeared briefly that fan favorite Phillip Phillips might be in danger, but it came down to Elise Testone and DeAndre Brackensick in the bottom two.

The contestant getting the boot this week was ...

The audience, predictably, began chanting "Save! Save! Save! Save!" Unfortunately for the falsetto-singing teen, only one of the judges would've done so.

Jennifer broke the bad news: "This boy right here, we've been watching him for two years. You're an amazing performer. I stand by that," she told him.

However, "I only get one vote. I'm sorry ... we're not saving you tonight."

Ryan puts her on the spot, asking if J. Lo voted to save him while Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson didn't. "Yes," she replies, "that's what I'm saying."

Think she was serious? It's a good cover story if not. Every week could be a 2-1 decision against the eliminated singer. Anyway, best of luck, DeAndre.

On this week’s Saturday Night Live, Andy Cohen was mocked so relentlessly that many wondered if he'd be legitimately offended, but he took it like a good sport.

Taran Killam starred as the Bravo host, portraying him as a fame-obsessed, egotistical, flamboyant moderator of Watch What Happens Live ... which he sort of is.

Still, the snark was off the charts, with a couple of "yeah, they really said that" kind of moments. The source material wasn't upset by it, however. On the contrary.

Upon learning of the skit, Cohen tweeted, “OMG the one night I go to bed early I’m lampooned on SNL?! Great job I am flattered! #ImLikeAShark #VeryCute.”

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her dancer boyfriend Casper Smart's 25th birthday Friday night with an intimate dinner party - and a giant ass pickup truck.

"Jennifer had planned a fun day to celebrate Casper's birthday," a source says of the day that ended with Smart's customized white Dodge Ram truck.

J. Lo "knew that Casper really wanted a truck, and Casper was very excited about the generous gift," says the source. Lopez herself also Tweeted:

After a shopping trip and lunch in Beverly Hills, the smitten couple continued the birthday celebration with a fun dinner at Cecconi's in West Hollywood.

With a group of friends, they enjoyed Northern Italian comfort food, including pasta, fish and wine in the restaurant's private Butterfly Room.

The birthday boy even brought his present along for the celebration.

Though he does not officially support gay marriage, President Obama voiced opposition to a proposed anti-gay marriage ballot measure in Minnesota today.

Obama for America Minnesota Communications Director Kristin Sosanie said:

"While the President does not weigh in on every single ballot measure in every state, the record is clear that the President has long opposed divisive and discriminatory efforts to deny rights and benefits to same sex couples."

"That's what the Minnesota ballot initiative would do - single out and discriminate against committed gay and lesbian couples - and the President does not support it."

The proposed Minnesota marriage amendment reads simply, "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Minnesota."

It's the second time in as many months Obama has weighed in on the issue.

The Obama campaign in North Carolina issued a statement in March with the same language in opposition to Amendment One, which would also define marriage in the state's constitution as between one man and one woman.

Just as in North Carolina, same-sex marriage is already banned by a statute in Minnesota. Unlike the North Carolina amendment, the Minnesota amendment does not mention civil unions or domestic partnerships.

Today's news comes after White House press secretary Jay Carney stated that First Lady Michelle Obama - in referencing how Supreme Court decisions will impact whether people can "love whomever we choose" - was not commenting about marriage equality.

Her husband, though "evolving" in his views on marriage equality, technically opposed marriage equality and supported civil unions in his 2008 campaign.

Not even a full day after Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI last week, the actress returned to continue partying at a Hollywood bar, only to be turned away.

Bynes and some friends tried to enter the hotel bar at The Standard Hotel on Sunset Boulevard on Friday night. but the doorman refused to let the star in.

According to TMZ, hotel staff members were aware of Bynes drinking at the nightclub at The Standard on Thursday evening, hours before her DUI arrest.

In case she pulled a repeat performance, they wanted nothing to do with it.

The 26-year-old actress got popped driving through West Hollywood around 3 a.m. Friday morning after she allegedly side-swiped another car.

Miami Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen is under fire over comments published last week in which he appeared to express his love for Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

Guillen, speaking in the Marlins' dugout before today's game at Philadelphia, said he plans to fly back to Miami tomorrow morning to face the media and public.

He says he feels "guilty" and "embarrassed" and wants to address questions personally after sparking controversy with his remarks to Time magazine.

"I want to make everything clear what's going on. Then people can see me and know what I think," Guillen said. "I think it's the proper thing so people can see my eyes."

"I want to get the thing over with. I told the Marlins I want to fly (back) as soon as I can, and tomorrow's a day off. I don't want to (talk about it) in Philadelphia."

"I want to be in Miami and clear everything up."

"I want them to know I'm against everything 100 percent - I will repeat it again - the way this man (has been) treating people for the last 60 years."

"I want the people there. Whoever feels about it, ask me any questions. I want you to ask what you ask, because I feel bad? Yes. I feel embarrassed? Yes."

It remains to be seen if that will assuage the masses. A Cuban-American advocacy group in Miami, Vigilia Mambisa, has already called for him to be fired.

Guillen told Time last week that he admires and respects Fidel Castro for staying in power so long. He then said he felt sick over the comments in print.

He was self-aware enough to realize the response he'd get.

"No, not really. I talked to the media already in Cincinnati about it, and I expected this was going to happen," he said when asked if he was surprised.

"I feel badly, because I don't want to say (it was taken) out of context. I think it was kind of a cheap shot. But I've got to face it," Guillen told reporters.

"Like I said, I feel sad and (for) a couple days, I feel sick to my stomach, not because of what I did. Just because I know I hurt a lot of people."

The Marlins issued a statement clarifying that they have no respect for Castro, "a brutal dictator who has caused unthinkable pain for more than 50 years."

Miley Cyrus is firing back at critics alleging she has an eating disorder after a recent Twitter pic sparked a great deal of speculation to that effect.

Rumors that the 19-year-old might be anorexic were spawned after posting a photo of her and a bag from fast food chain restaurant Carl's Jr.

In a caption, she Tweeted, "I can't eat it. So I'm just gonna smell the s**t out of it! My mouth is LITERALLY watering." This was the photo:

Recent Miley Cyrus pictures do show the star looking thinner than in the past, so it wasn't totally off base, but she's not starving herself, dudes. Chillax.

Miley, no stranger to Twitter-induced controversy, was APPALLED that people would DARE interpret it that way and HAD to clarify matters ... on Twitter.

"For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy," she wrote. "It's not about weight it's about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!"

She then Tweeted at sister Noah Cyrus: "U saw how much I ate today at Easter but all of it was healthy and even more fulfilling! Health is happiness!"

There you go, people. Miles has cleared the air. No need to pay attention to every little thing she does, because she would obviously hate that. We clear?

She's preached it ever since her trip to rehab: it's what inside that counts. It's the real you that matters.

And now Demi Lovato has put that philosophy into practice, posting a photo on Twitter of herself makeup-free, a rarity for celebrities. (Lady Gaga went a similar route late last month). Take a look for yourself:

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is a married woman for the second time.

The 19-year-old reality and Jeremy Calvert tied the knot in Catlettburg, Kentucky. Rev. Marty Gute, who married the couple, confirmed the news today.

Just last year, Messer infamously filed for divorce from her first husband, Corey Simms, with whom she has twin daughters, Aleeah and Aliannah.

Second time's the charm? Here's hoping, anyway ...

The Boyd County Clerk's office in Catlettsburg confirms ­that the couple obtained their marriage license Wednesday and got married shortly thereafter.

Gute said that Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert, who got engaged last winter, were wed an intimate Christian ceremony attended by two dozen people.

"It was heartfelt and sincere," says Gute. While Messer's ex was not present, her twin daughters were, wearing maroon-colored dresses.

"They were just precious," Gute recalls. The couple's mothers stood as witnesses, and Leah wore a green-and-gold dress with "really high heels."

MTV cameras were there filming for Teen Mom 2, obviously.

The reality star and her man have already been through a lot together, with Leah suffering a miscarriage and getting jumped by thugs this year.

The surprisingly entertaining and evenly-matched 14th season of Dancing With the Stars continued Monday with the top 10 performing Rock Week routines.

The first elimination of the season, Martina Navratilova, we could see coming. Last week, which saw the end of Jack Wagner's run, was a different story.

A season that many criticized for lacking star power has made up for it with high quality dancing and engaging characters that all leave us wanting more.

Sadly, someone must leave each week, though there is a new twist ...

For the next four weeks, the bottom two DWTS vote-getters will dance for their lives, simultaneously, with the judges making the final call on who stays and who goes.

That won't do much could in cases like last week, when a six-way tie for the lowest score - which was really quite high - made it unfair for anyone to leave.

Still, the judges could bail out an obvious favorite if necessary. Will this rule change even come into play after this Monday's routines? You tell us below ...

Who will win Dancing With the Stars?

Gary Ross and The Hunger Games have parted ways.

Ross' exit was all but confirmed last week, but he's released a statement explaining why he decided to discontinue his work with the famous trilogy:

"Despite recent speculation in the media, and after difficult but sincere consideration, I have decided not to direct Catching Fire," said Ross (below, right).

"As a writer and a director, I simply don't have the time I need to write and prep the movie I would want to make because of the fixed and tight production schedule."

"I loved making The Hunger Games. It was the happiest experience of my professional life. Lionsgate was supportive in a manner that few directors ever experience."

"They empowered me to make the film I wanted to make and backed the movie in a way that requires no explanation beyond the remarkable results."

"And contrary to what has been reported, negotiations with Lionsgate have not been problematic. They have also been very understanding of this difficult decision."

"I also cannot say enough about the people I worked with: Producer Nina Jacobson, a great collaborator and a true friend; the brilliant Suzanne Collins, who entrusted us with her most amazing and important story; the remarkable Jennifer Lawrence whose performance exceeded my wildest expectations, and the rest of the incredible cast, whom I am proud to call my friends."

"To the fans I want to say thank you for your support your faith, your enthusiasm and your trust. Hard as this may be to understand I am trying to keep that trust with you. Thank you all. It's been a wonderful experience."

The studio also released a statement addressing the news, saying, "We're very sorry that Gary Ross has chosen not to direct Catching Fire."

"We were really looking forward to making the movie with him. He did an incredible job on the first film and we are grateful for his work. This will not be the end of our relationship, as we consider Ross to be part of the Lionsgate family."

Sad news, but inevitable from the sound of it. And now, the search for the new director begins. Any thoughts on who should direct Catching Fire?

Aside from a few Twitter-fueled Miley Cyrus anorexic rumors, things are going well for the star lately. She's got a hot career and a hotter guy in Liam Hemsworth.

Miles is having a tougher go of it in her new movie, however.

In LOL (seriously, that's the name), Cyrus stars as Lola (or Lol, for short, seriously), a high schooler navigating through peer pressures of romance and friendship.

Lol breaks up with her BF after he reveals he's been seeing someone else, battles her rival (Ashley Greene) and sees her grades slip. That's just in the trailer, too!

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have simultaneously been abandoned by the men in their lives ... at least according to one ridiculous tabloid cover.

Must be a slow news week, even for In Touch, because there's pretty much no indication that Scott Disick or Lamar Odom ditched their partners.

Scott partied with "club girls" while Kourt stayed home with her hormones, supposedly. Maybe so, but that's what Scott does. It's not incendiary.

As for Khloe's man? Lamar dumped the Mavericks, but that's about it.

What's all the more amazing about this kover is that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are dating. Like for real. Kim Kardashian is dating Kanye West!

This made-for-tabloid-drama relationship actually materialized out of thin air and ITW instead opts for bogus, less interesting stories about her sisters.

That's just poor celebrity gossip reporting, people. Poor.

Anderson Cooper just cannot keep it together sometimes.

The CNN anchor, whose laughter famously got the best of him last year during a story on Gerard Depardieu (or Depard-two if you will), lost it again last night.

The giggling started during a segment about Dyngus Day (a Polish holiday marking the end of Lent) and progressed to the point of sheer ridiculousness.

A voiceover describing the holiday's traditions was the tipping point. Once the words "a tap from a pussy willow branch" were uttered, AC checked out.

Whitney Houston passed away from an accidental drowning, and there was no foul play involved in her death, according to the now-closed case file.

The Beverly Hills Police Department has been investigating Whitney's death since February 11, and officially closed the book on the case Wednesday.

The lack of foul play isn't really news, as the BHPD was working under the assumption of Houston's accidental death at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

Moreover, police never believed anyone took cocaine from her hotel room because they found the cocaine residue and powder inside Whitney's room.

Cocaine was a contributing factor in her death, according to the L.A. County Coroner, who published the Whitney Houston autopsy results last week.

Hopefully, her passing serves as a cautionary tale for many, including her own daughter. That Bobbi Kristina Brown bong video is a little unsettling.

Just two months ago, Khloe Kardashian apparently came closer than ever to becoming a mother ... only to suffer a miscarriage. According to In Touch Weekly.

The tabloid reports that the miscarriage devastated her emotionally.

Her rep denies the failed pregnancy even took place. So it goes ...

“She’s trying to put on a brave face, but it’s so hard,” reveals a most likely fake friend of Khloé, who had been so excited by the news she was pregnant.

She’d already begun checking out prenatal yoga classes and doulas, the magazine claims, but now that it didn't work out, “She is really depressed.”

That is pretty rough. Especially after being abandoned by her man on the cover of the same magazine a week earlier. ITW really has it out for Khloe.

Seriously, we know the girl has made her struggles to have kids public, but there's no need to have Khloe Kardashian miscarry in a fake pregnancy.

Why even go there if it's not true? It's kind of wrong, and there's legit Kardashian gossip going on! Just stick with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West! They're actually dating!

It's actually happening. Britney Spears is going to become a judge on The X Factor, with a deal pending to pay her $15 million for the role, E! News reports.

"Both camps were going back and forth on the money but now they have finally come to agreement on the fee," says one insider with knowledge of the contract.

"That was the big sticking point and now, thankfully, it's been sorted."

"All they need to do now is work out the smaller points. The fact the money is now set, means that there is nothing stopping this from becoming a reality."

Coming along for the ride with Britney is fiance Jason Trawick. A second source reveals that her soon-to-be husband will become a producer on the show.

The source says of Trawick, who will soon gain control of her affairs:

"Jason is expected to be there every day Britney is on set. He is her rock and will help guide her through the process. He is the person she trusts the most."

When final, the deal will make Britney Spears the highest paid judge on reality TV, eclipsing Jennifer Lopez's $12 million for American Idol Season 11.

Previous reports indicated that Spears wanted $20 million for the gig, but the show balked at anything over $10 million. Looks like they met halfway.

Barring any last-minute setbacks, Spears will fill one of two X Factor judging vacancies after Simon Cowell fired Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

No word on who will join Britney, Simon and L.A. Reid on the panel.

Reps for The X Factor and Fox would neither confirm nor deny this, however, a production insider tells E! News that "this is an exciting time for [Britney]."

"It'll be a fun project and she is welcoming the chance to mentor up-and-coming artists. She loves the idea of helping nurture emerging talent. She's really looking forward to the project and being able to connect with fans."

The X Factor returns in September.
