We have an update on the sad death of Greg Plitt.
As previously reported, the fitness instructor - best known to television viewers for his role on multiple Bravo reality shows - was killed on Saturday after being hit by a train in Burbank.

According to law enforcement officials, however, Plitt did not simply stumble to his death; he was filming an energy drink commercial at the time and was actually trying to outrun the train while cameras rolled.
Per TMZ, police have reviewed footage of the tragedy and it depicts Plitt standing on the tracks as the train speeds toward him. He then gets into a runner’s stance and sprints down the track.
The footage showed Plitt being thrown off the track after being clipped by the vehicle and then vanishing from the video.
A number of energy drink bottles were found at the scenes, with authorities believing Plitt may have been hopped up on caffeine at the time of his passing.
An investigator talked to someone involved in the commercial shoot and this anonymous individual said Plitt was attempting to prove that the energy drink in question makes one akin to Superman… able to run faster than a train.
