When George R.R. Martin meets Chris Martin, what could possibly go wrong?
So asked Emilia Clarke last night on NBC's Red Nose Day telethon, an event whose proceeds benefited children in poverty around the world - and which gave us our first-ever look at Cold play writing a Game of Thrones musical.
Clarke went on to sing a track titled “Rastafarian Targaryen,” which included such winning lyrics as:
"Call me Daenerys Targaryen when you want to reach me, and if you feel the love then you can call me Khalessi.”
The Red Nose Day sketch featured fellow cast members Kit Harington, Peter Dinklage, John Bradley, Rose Leslie, Charlotte Pope, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Alfie Allen and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau,
The latter chimed in with his own ballad, one dedicated to Cersei ("Are you thinking about Joffrey? Such a spirited lad. I was his uncle, I was also his dad.")
You really just need to sit back and watch the entire magical video above.
