ABC stayed up very late on Thursday night, crushing some viewer dreams and making some others come true, at least for another 12 months.
The network announced that it has canceled Forever (after one season), Cristela (after one season) and Resurrection (after two seasons).
It had pulled out the red Sharpie and canceled Revenge a few days ago, meanwhile. But fear not, other fan favorites will be back in the fall.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, ABC also renewed a significant number of dramas and sitcoms for the 2015-2016 television season.

On the reality TV front, ABC has picked up a 21st season of Dancing With the Stars, a 20th season of The Bachelor, a 26th season of America’s Funniest Home Videos, a seventh season of Shark Tank and a second season of Beyond the Tank.
Oh, and 20/20 is coming back. Thank goodness.
