Piers Morgan has once again gone off on the lack of gun control in his adopted country.

The TV personality, who famously blasted a pro-gun panel after the Naval Yard shooting of 2013, took to Twitter today in light of last night's tragedy in Charleston.

In response to Dylann Roof allegedly murdering nine parishioners inside a South Carolina church, Morgan Tweeted the following:

"Such a sickening outrage. Wake up America, your gun culture is disgusting.

"Where are you today @NRA? Want to tell us the bible group should have all had guns too?"

Morgan then went on to make a "PREDICTION," adding: 

"Gun sales will soar in South Carolina this week. It’s America’s only response to mass shootings: more guns."

President Obama (below) did mention the need to address the nation's gun laws in an emotional speech from The White House after the incident, but Morgan scoffed at the Commander-in-Chief's sincerity.

"I’m sick of President Obama biting his lip in post-massacre statements as he did today, pretending he deeply cares when he, too, has done absolutely nothing to stop these atrocities happening,” Morgan wrote in a column for The Daily Mail, adding:

“In his last State of Union address, Obama never even mentioned the word ‘gun’ – a shameful omission."

Morgan also ranted about gun control in 2012, following the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

"How many more kids have to die before you guys say, 'We want less guns, not more,'" Morgan yelled at the time, addressing gun advocates.

Looking ahead to the criticism sure to come his way, Morgan concluded in his newspaper piece:

“I’m sick of gun nuts on social media arrogantly, defiantly insisting their ‘rights’ are more important than the deaths of the victims.

"I’m sick of anyone who dares use the phrase ‘gun control’ in America being instantly abused and labeled an ‘enemy of the state.'"

Last week, after resigning from his post at the Family Research Council, Josh Duggar moved back to Arkansas. 

We knew from the start that he wouldn't be taking up residence in the so-called "Duggar compound" and that he and his wife Anna had purchased a much smaller house in Josh's hometown of Tontitown.

In front of a national TV audience, Josh's parents defended him, and his sisters dismissed his actions as "mild touching," so the 27-year-old former lobbyist likely assumed that he would be welcomed back into the fold like the proverbial prodigal son.

So you can imagine his surprise when - as OK! magazine claims - he was shunned by his parents and many siblings.

Sources tell the tabloid that the entire 19 Kids and Counting clan is "furious" with Josh and has completely frozen him out since his return to Arkansas. 

"Josh is the reason the gravy train came screeching to a halt," says one insider. "He's ruined their main source of income, and they're furious."

The source claims the clearest sign that Josh is being shunned came when he and Anna moved into their new home. Josh received help from a handful of professional movers, but no one in his family offered to lend a hand.

"Anna is due to give birth to their fourth child in less than a month, and she needed helping hands more than ever," the insider says. "But the family abandoned them, all saying they were 'too busy.'"

But while the entire family is reportedly seething with rage, the source says no one is angrier than sisters Jessa and Jill, who recently confirmed that they were molested by Josh and now feel that he's damaging their family yet again.

"They were becoming the superstars of the family," the insider says. "They're devastated - and terribly resentful of Josh."

Kim Zolciak swears she's never had any work done, but the former Atlanta Housewife has been caught misleading fans about her beauty secrets several times in the past.

Just last week, Kim lied about her post-baby weight loss and endorsed "waist training," which has been proven to result in serious health problems.

While that might be the most egregious example (as she's being paid to encourage her social media followers to damage their bodies), it's certainly not the first time that Kim has claimed her surgically-enhanced body is all natural.

These days, Kim is shilling for a different body shaper, and while this one might not be as dangerous, she's clearly being just as dishonest with her fans:

Mrs. Zolciak-Biermann posted the above photo to Instagram today with a caption extolling the virtues of a new butt-lifting product that she claims will give you a Kardashian-like backside in literally no time at all:

"I came across a really cool product and when I do I want to share it with you guys!!" Kim wrote. "It lifts my butt when it's on and I've noticed a difference in my butt when it's off too!"

Uh-huh. We're sure she has noticed a difference, as Zolciak's many plastic surgeries almost certainly include butt implants. 

Clearly, this woman is suffering from some serious delusions. Fortunately, Kim is hitting the road with NeNe Leakes this summer to film a Housewives of Atlanta spinoff, and if anyone can talk some sense into her, it's NeNe.

Chris Brown and his one-year-old daughter Royalty have formed quite a bond since he went public as her father earlier this spring.

Yes, he tried to keep her hidden for more than a year and a half, if you include Nia Guzman's pregnancy ... but since it came out?

He's been Mr. Dad almost 24/7. Save for the occasional blowout fight with Karrueche Tran, that is ... it is Chris Brown after all.

Kelly Osbourne is under fire today for a joke many people feel she should not have been the one to make.

In light of Rachel Dolezal continuing to make waves around the Internet for having pretended to be an African-American while serving as President of the NAACP in Spokane, Osbourne posted the following photo on Instagram.

"#CallMeRachel #MyCasualLook," Kelly wrote as a caption.

Sort of funny, right?

It's hard to fault anyone for mocking Dolezal, who resigned her post after her Caucasian parents outed her as white and then went on to say her parents can't actually prove they are her parents.

But should Osbourne be the one to make this sort of quip?

Osbourne quit her position at E!’s Fashion Police in February after Giuliana Rancic made inappropriate comments about Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocks.

Critics therefore view Kelly as a hypocrite by jumping here into a race debate.

"Anyone who thinks this is funny in light of @kellyosbourne 's bs earlier this year in fashion Police with her antics about @zendaya is a complete moron," writes one Twitter user.

"It's about context people, and in this case she's absolutely 100% a hypocrite."

Then again...

"Transracial is not a real thing," replies an Osbourne defender.

"Rachael is white, not black. Kelly is making fun of Rachael, not black people. People get outraged about the stupidest things these days."

Tori Spelling hasn't been in the news much lately, so naturally, she felt the need to take matters into her own hands and do something about it.

The last time we checked in on Tori, she had burned her hand on a grill at Benihana - not exactly the kind of story you want to be remembered for, should your career fall off a cliff tomorrow (which could happen at any time with Tori, if it hasn't already.)

So Tori decided to change the conversation without all the pesky work that comes with becoming a good actor and building a respectable resume:

Maybe this is a way of squashing the rumors about Tori expecting a fifth child. Or maybe she just wants to show that pilates pays off.

There are numerous reasons why Tori would show a sudden interest in racy selfies, but the most likely explanation is that this is part of her campaign to renew the public's interest in her private life in hopes of landing another reality show.

Sources say Tori and Dean are completely broke, and neither of them have any real work on the horizon. 

Their latest Lifetime trainwreck was tough to watch, but it (sometimes) got decent ratings.

Back in February, Kylie Jenner bought her first home.

Now, a 17-year-old buying a house anywhere in the world for any price is impressive, but Kylie picked up a $1.7 million mansion in the ritzy suburb of Calabasas, CA, and we're guessing the whole thing is already paid off.

So what's Kylie gonna do with all those square feet? Set up a work out room? Storage area? Maybe a play space for her boyfriend's son?

Say what you will about the girl, but she's found a way to make racy selfies pay off.

Arsenio Hall has absolutely gone off on Brian Williams.

Not long after Williams broke his silence - appearing opposite Matt Lauer and blaming his ego for the many lies he told as host of NBC Nightly News - Hall went on Twitter and let the reporter have it.

"Brian Williams is a LIAR, who betrayed his loyal viewers & attempted to hijack the valor of our brave men & women in the military,” wrote Hall.

The comedian also included hashtag "#f*ckhim."

Back in February, NBC suspended Williams for six months after it became clear the anchor misled viewers about the role he played in various Iraq War incidents.

On Thursday, it was announced Lester Holt will permanently replace Williams as the head of the NBC Nightly News.

Williams has been bumped to covering breaking news for MSNBC.

During his TODAY interview, the veteran newsman acknowledged he told “wrong stories” and said he “owns up” to his false statements.

But he repeatedly blamed the issue on simply getting confused and being “ego-driven,” insisting he never purposely told any lies.

Beyonce has done her part to honor the victims of this week tragic shooting in Charleston.

Days after Dylann Roof alleged prayed for an hour inside a church in South Carolina, only to then stand up and open fire on those in bible study, the singer has posted a touching video to Instagram.

The clip depicts a black-and-white Google Maps screenshot of the church, as names of the nine victims who lost their lives in the fatal incident flash across the screen.

"My heart is with the families, loved ones, and all of those affected by the senseless tragedy in Charleston," Beyonce included with the footage. "May they rest in peace."

There's very little celebrities can do at this point, obviously, but many of them have taken to social media to express similar condolences as the ones shared here.

Yesterday, Brandi Glanville was fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

All the old complaints about Brandi - she drinks too much; she's mean to the other girls; she's rude to the cast - eventually got to be too much for producers, and after years of problems, they finally gave her the old heave-ho.

Now, however, sources say Brandi has been offered a smaller role on the show - a "friend of the Housewives" gig that pays significantly less and would place Brandi in a handful of episodes throughout the season.

Brandi is nothing if not a proud woman, and we're sure accepting the demotion would be more than a little humiliating for her, but if she's smart, she'll take it.

TMZ is reporting that Bravo execs are looking at Brandi's new role is as a sort probation, and if she proves that she's willing to make nice with the crew and the rest of the cast, she could get her old job back.

It's happened before. Last year, Porsha Williams was demoted The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She was exiled to the friend-zone, but she did her time with a smile on her face and eventually re-gained her spot as a full-time cast member.

Of course, Brandi - a self-described "drunk a--hole" - might have a harder time putting on a happy face and doing what she's told. In any event, it'll be interesting to see her try.

It's no secret that Jessica Simpson likes to blow off steam by downing some Scotch, and the sight of Jessica drunkenly stumbling out of a club has made for a memorably viral video on more than one occasion.

But while we thought those clips showed a stressed out entrepreneur and mom (and possibly a lightweight) overindulging on the occasional night off, it turns out Jessica might be knocking 'em back far more than originally thought.

In fact, sources say husband Eric Johnson is now insisting that Jessica go to rehab. 

As is so often the case with addicts, Jessica doesn't think that she has a problem, so other family members are now getting involved in hopes of helping the 34-year-old mother of two see the light.

Radar Online is reporting that Jessica's mother has offered her a deal: If you go to rehab, I'll go too.

“Going to rehab with Jessica means she can kill two birds with one stone,” says one insider. “Tina sees it as a win-win for mother and daughter.”

It seems Jess' mom developed a drinking problem after she and Joe Simpson divorced back in 2013.

Tina is soon to be remarried and she hopes to be stone sober by the time she walks down the aisle.

Will Jess accept this opportunity to help herself and her mother at the same time? We certainly hope so. Seeing Jessica drunk on the red carpet isn't funny anymore, now that we know she actually has a problem.

We've come to expect all sorts of bad behavior from Scott Disick, but the Douche Lord has somehow managed to outdo himself in recent weeks.

First, Scott got drunk and belligerent at a charity event.

Shortly thereafter came the rumors that Scott cheated on Kourtney Kardashian with a college girl, whom he'd feared he'd gotten pregnant. 

Nothing ever came of the pregnancy scare, but you would think such a close call would be enough to make any man with even an ounce of respect for the mother of his children call it quits on the skirt chasing.

But not Scott, of course. No, Scott doesn't want to stop sleeping around, and he doesn't have the guts to leave Koutrney, so he's reportedly come up with a third solution.

According to Radar Online, Scott wants an open relationship with Kourtney. Kourtney, as you might expect, is not thrilled by the idea.

“He’s broken her heart by requesting an open relationship, which he claims is increasingly common and will only strengthen them,” says one insider.

“Kourtney is disgusted, of course. She was hoping he’d check into rehab, finally set a wedding date and was even hoping to have one more baby.”

The source adds that Scott's unusual request comes right at a time when Kourtney is craving more stability in her life, and it may prove to be the final straw for a relationship that's been headed down the tubes for years.

Even when he makes his own history, Alex Rodriguez cannot escape the shadow of Derek Jeter.

The Yankees third baseman became the 29th member of baseball's iconic 3,000-hit club on Friday night, doing by in the same fashion as his former teammate when Jeter joined these ranks in 2013:

A-Rod deposited the first pitch he saw from Justin Verlander over the right field wall for a home run.

The blast gave the Yankees a 1-0 lead and resulted in Rodriguez's teammates greeting him outside the dugout with a series of hugs.

Rodriguez, of course, is a known steroid user, liar and general tool of a human being. 

But he's had a shocking bounce back season following a year-long suspension, remaining humble, saying the right things and producing at the plate.

He may go down as the most confounding superstar athlete of all-time.

Taylor Swift has made a baby announcement!!!

No, the singer is not expecting her first child.

But Jesse and Lindsey Rasmussen had just gotten ultrasound photos of their precious package when they went to meet Swift during an event sponsored by Jesse’s place of work, 102.3 The Max in Louisville.

So why not have music's most popular superstar help them announce the major news to friends and loved ones?!?

"We had the sign and the pictures with us sort of hidden just in case we chickened out," Jesse tells E! News.

"We were both kind of nervous. Then she walked into the room and just started hugging people. That was the cool thing. She didn't just sort of shake your hand and say hi.

"She comes up and hugs you and thanks you first."

Yup. Sounds like Taylor, doesn't it?

Upon asking Swift to help with their announcement, Jesse says she responded without “a hint of hesitation,” clearly “touched by the request.”

Swift, of course, is well known for her close bond with fans.

Over the past few months, two young fans actually created 1,989 paper cranes in tribute to Taylor's sick mom... while Swift sent a moving letter to another fan whose mother has also been diagnosed with cancer.

"She is a very sweet and genuine person and I hope to meet her again someday so I can express our gratitude and perhaps let her meet our little one (a future Swifty!)," Jesse said.

He added that, following the meet and greet and photo snapping, Swift sent the couple a congratulatory note.

She's the best.

Marriage Boot Camp Season 3 Episode 4 continued a string of recent and ridiculous installments with a guest visit by Judge Lynn Toler this week.

What do you do to keep Kendra Wilkinson and the like in line? It's a tall order for sure, but the producers at WE tv stepped up their game to try.

Doing nothing to dispel recent reports that Marriage Boot Camp is the most fabricated of all reality shows (no small feat), Toler came on board.

The fireworks flew fast and furious on Marriage Boot Camp Season 3 Episode 4, with K-Dubs actually coming to the defense of her husband.

It was probably staged, just like Kendra's fake fight with her mom, but Wilkinson took Hank Baskett's side when Judge Lynn started to pry.

You'll have to watch Marriage Boot Camp online to really get the full effect here, but plenty of other drama went down on this week's show.

Namely Kendra losing her f--king s--t at Tami Roman.

Apparently unwilling to listen to this fellow cast member quizzing her husband about past cheating allegations, Wilkinson stood by her man.

Or at least read the cue cards really convincingly.

"You gotta be very careful how you talk to him," she warned the Basketball Wives star, who then reached out toward Hank. K-Dubs snapped:

"Don't touch my f--king husband!"

The Situation's better half, Lauren Pesce, said Tami was just trying to let Hank tell his side of the story re: possible Ava London hand jobs.

"And I feel like Tami is just giving Hank the respectful opportunity to say what happened, what didn't happen or 'I don't want to address it.'"

Kendra saw it a bit differently.

"I would advise you that you not stand the f--k up against me," Tami warned Kendra, who retorted simply that "I'm standing the f--k up."

"I would advise that you rethink that because I'm not the bitch that you do that s--t with," Tami said. "Well, I am that bitch!" Kendra said.

"You will be apologizing very soon!" Kendra told Tami, who assured her that this will not be happening, ever: "Bitch, I don't apologize."

And on and on and on it went.

"She's f--king crazy!" Wilkinson told Hank, who actually tried to physically cover mouth and plead with her, "Don't ... stop, stop, stop."

For ratings, she never will.

Jill and Jessa Duggar confirmed that they were molested by Josh Duggar in a candid interview with Megyn Kelly earlier this month, but other than that, the fan-favorite sisters have avoided the spotlight as much as possible in recent weeks.

Jessa thanked fans for their support and offered an update on her pregnancy this week, but with the exception of the Kelly interview, she and her family have refused to speak to the press and have remained uncharacteristically quiet on social media.

So it's not surprising that when Jessa, Jill and their husbands were spotted walking through the Akron, OH airport last night, a lone paparazzi tried his best to get the girls to open about how their lives have changed in the wake of the Josh Duggar sexual abuse scandal. 

Unfortunately for the persistent pap, the newlywed sisters and their shell-shocked husbands remembered their media training and kept mum.
