A Grumpy Cat movie is actually in the works.

But while some fans of this famous feline may be psyched for that film, we know at least one creature who won't be seeing it: Garfi.

This fluffy orange Persian cat resides on Turkey and has gone viral because a woman named Ms. Ozkok was convinced by her son to post photos of him on a Flickr album.

The page depicts Garfi in a number of hilarious scenarios and costumes, though he doesn’t seem at all pleased by any of the shenanigans, especially not when they involve a Santa jacket or a bath.

Garfi is a resident of Turkey. He's an orange Persian cat and very little in life makes him happy, as you can see here.

Garfi also has his own Facebook and Twitter page, but he’s got a long way to go until he reaches the unhappy status of Grumpy Cat.

That pet's owner has released two books already, while GC (Grumpy Cat) will be starring in a Lifetime's  live-action movie titled "Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever."

It was announced in September that Parks and Recreation star Aubrey Plaza would be voicing the feline celebrity.

This likely just gives Garfi another reason to be angry and bitter.

In recent weeks, Kate Middleton has canceled public appearances at the last minute on several occasions, as a result of her ongoing health issues.

Kate's suffering from extreme morning sickness - the result of Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a condition that affects roughly 1 in 100 pregnant women.

Though she's reportedly improving, at the moment, it's been a slow recovery as Kate is still staying with her parents and planning her return to public life.

In the meantime, the Duchess is laid up and extremely limited in her activities. And if the latest reports from the Middletons' home in Bucklebury are any indication, she may be going a bit stir-crazy.

Hollywood mega-mogul Harvey Weinstein has reportedly been in talks with the Middletons to host a private screening of the new Benedict Cumberbatch film The Imitation Game at the home of Kate's parents.

Of course, there's more to the story than Kate being extremely bored:

The film centers around a group of British code-breakers during World War II, and Kate's grandmother actually worked at the "spy school" where much of the film takes place.

So it works out perfectly - Weinstein gets to drum up some extra publicity and early awards season buzz for The Imitation Game, and Kate gets a respite from playing bridge with her mum.

Yes, when you're the Duchess and you're under the weather, Hollywood producers come to your home to screen un-released films. Sure beats The Price is Right and Netflix.

Former Abby Lee Miller student Paige Hyland, 13, has alleged some awfully serious misconduct in a lawsuit filed against Lifetime's Dance Moms firebrand.

As we reported last week, Paige Hyland is suing Abby Lee Miller for making her life a living hell, and in court documents, she goes into shocking detail.

Miller, she claims, “engaged in conduct that caused Plaintiff….to reasonably believe she was about to be touched or harmed in an offensive matter."

As a result "of Defendant’s wrongful conduct, Plaintiff has suffered emotional distress, anxiety, frustration, anger, humiliation, post traumatic stress and anguish.”

Among the specific allegations of abuse? That Miller threw a chair during an argument with the teenager, pushed Paige's mother Kelly Hyland and more.

According to Paige, Miller pinched another student until she bled. That's only the physical abuse too. The mental side of things was even worse, supposedly.

“Miller insulted and abused Paige on an almost daily basis, including cruel name calling, insults about Paige’s physical appearance," Hyland's attorneys claim.

While "making offensive false and defamatory accusations about Paige’s family,” she continues, "all of this abuse was done for the sake of drama during the show.”

There's no question that major drama makes people want to watch Dance Moms online more than Abby being a caring, nurturing, patient and kind soul.

Would there even BE a Dance Moms or Abby's Studio Rescue on TV if she were? No chance, but that doesn't mean she isn't way, way over the line.

Hyland’s lawyers actually place much of the blame for Miller’s outrageous behavior on the show’s producers for pitting Miller against the moms and kids.

To support this claim, the attorneys also claim that Miller was “caring and nurturing” toward Hyland and her sister before the reality show began filming.

No longer. They are also overworked to a brutal and bone-weary extent.

“The girls on the show often work long hours without receiving all required breaks in violation of Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws,” they claim in the lawsuit.

“The average week involves rehearsals on Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to at times past 10 p.m.," which does not even include the competitions.

"Fridays the girls generally travel many hours, usually by bus, to competitions and they spend 12-hour days on Saturdays competing before returning home.”

Hyland is seeking unspecified damages, and for Abby Lee to stop all forms of abuse. So far, Miller has shown no signs of backing down or apologizing.

In her new book Everything I Learned About Life, I Learned In Dance Class, Miller says, "I know just how to push a kid’s buttons to get the results I want."

"Nobody is going to embarrass them and upset them more than I am.”

Over the years, Cheyne Thomas has played many roles in the life of Miley Cyrus. He's been her personal assistant, BFF, weed supplier (we're guessing), and now...boyfriend?

Cheyne and Miley spent the last few days enjoying the beaches of Brazil, and judging from their Instagram pages, it was the most naked "platonic" vacation in history.

Rick will offer up a simple piece of advice to his son on The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 2:

AMC has not revealed much of what we can expect on next Sunday's new installment, simply teasing in a synopsis that Rick will lead a "risky mission" when supplies run low.

Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson has been making quite a name for herself on a different show this season, surging to the top tier on Dancing With the Stars.

The 17-year-old high school student has had plenty of support from father Willie, uncles Jase and Jep, and newly-engaged brother John Luke Robertson.

Last week, a duck call-inspired samba earned Sadie and pro partner Mark Ballas a nearly perfect score of 37 out of 40, putting her near the lead on Season 19.

The routine, like everything in her life, was centered around family and faith.

Sadie says her life has been turned upside down since Duck Dynasty debuted on A&E, and while it's given her a lot of new opportunities, it has its drawbacks.

"I was 14 and didn't realize how big it was going to be," she said of the last few years. "But there's definitely been some bad things about being in the public eye."

"Everybody knows who you are [and] they're looking for you to mess up," she said. "My grandpa said some things that upset some people and the press came after him."

Sources close to the family say that that's pretty much what's happening now that the family's facing it's biggest chellenges to date. Except now that Teresa's been sentenced to 15 months in prison, she might finally take action and send Joe a message.

Yes, sources say Teresa and Joe are headed for divorce. It's a rumor we've heard before, so we're not sure if it's to be believed or not. 

We do, however, believe that there's nothing but truth to the rumors of why the Giudices are having problems:

"Teresa will absolutely file for divorce from Joe once she is done serving her prison sentence," an insider tells Radar Online.

"She would do it sooner, but it would make it very difficult to arrange visits with the kids while she is in prison. Whenever Teresa talks about the family, it's always 'my girls,' never 'our girls.'"

So why all the trouble in gangster's paradise? Well, apparently Joe Giudice's alcoholism has only worsened since he was sentenced to 41 months in prison.

Yes, the man basically blamed his many federal crimes on drinking, but he's boozing worse than ever in the wake of being busted.

"Most nights Joe stays downstairs long after Teresa and the kids have gone to bed," says the source. "He drinks a lot of wine and usually ends up passing out on the couch."

"He doesn't even care what Teresa wants. The fact that Joe chooses not to share a bed with Teresa speaks volumes about their marriage."

Joe will return to court on Wednesday for additional sentencing stemming from his arrest for possession of a fraudulent drivers license. Teresa will reportedly not accompany him to court.

As he put it when asked for comment on the new series and her appearance on it to TMZ, "I will sue the dog s--t out of her if she even thinks about doing this show."

At least he's not beating around the bush here.

The show's producers are unmoved, saying the show will go on the air in January, though Hasina has not signed any contract or release to appear on it.

Her rep (yes, she has one) claims the footage was supposed to highlight Hasina's friend Yalanda Hammonds and not White herself, so stay tuned there.

But that doesn't mean we've seen the last of Robert Downey Jr. as this beloved superhero.

According to Variety, the actor is close to signing on for Captain America 3, which will be released in May 2016 and which will kick off a new phase of movies from Marvel Studios.

The plot of Captain American 3 will pit Tony Stark against Captain America’s alter-ego Steve Rogers, portrayed by Chris Evans.

Look for these icons to feud over the Superhero Registration Act as part of the Civil War storyline from the Marvel comic book universe. This Act forces anyone with special abilities to reveal their identities to the U.S. government, agreeing to act as a police force for the authorities in the process.

Already out to the world, Stark will support this program, while Rogers will believe it poses a threat to civil liberties.

A feud will emerge and Stark will play a somewhat villainous role in the film.

Downey will next suit up as Iron Man in next summer’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron and has also signed a contract to be part of The Avengers 3.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier grossed over $714 million worldwide this year.

Anthony and Joe Russo, meanwhile, will return to direct Captain America 3.

Just two months ago, she received certification in critical care nursing, which deals specifically with life-threatening problems like the one she's experiencing.

2. She is a very devoted Catholic, always putting the other people's interests ahead of her own, says a friend, who adds that everyone knows her observes this.

3. She's a teacher who helped teach other nurses in training at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. Some of her students are tasked with her care.

4. She has a sense of humor. Among the boards she set up on Pinterest are two filled with funny e-cards: "Laughter is the best medicine" and "Nurse things."

5. She adores her dog, which is quite obvious as many of Pham's photos on social media accounts feature her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bentley.

Is the dog also at risk for contracting the disease? Yes, but Dallas city spokeswoman Sana Syed said Bentley is safe and being cared for in quarantine.

"That dog was very important to her," said Mayor Mike Rawlings. "We want to make sure that dog is as healthy as can be at this point and being taken care of."

Well, it's official - no one can tolerate living with Kris Jenner.

Just weeks after Kris filed for divorce from Bruce Jenner, another member of the matriarch's immediate family is reportedly planning to jump ship.

Sources say Kylie Jenner living with big sis Khloe Kardashian, as her relationship with Kris has reached the point where the two can barely stand to be in the same room together. 

"Kylie is constantly arguing with her mom because Kris acts like Kylie doesn't even exist," an insider tells Radar Online. "She hates how her mom has destroyed their family unit and traded her soul for fame."

And apparently, Kylie's not alone. Kendall Jenner moved out her parents' house (and into a $1.4 million apartment) just months after she turned 18.

Clearly, Kylie can't even wait that long...and it's hard to argue with her reasoning:

"Kris is, and always has been, so far up Kim's ass that she completely missed out on Kylie's teen years," says the insider. "And the worst part is, [Kris] doesn't care."

Did it live up to it, or did it disappoint?

In theory, a Tiny and Shekinah spinoff should be a hit, but as is often the case with promising reality shows, all the best scenes take place in the trailers.

Still, if you enjoy all things T.I., you'll probably be entertained as Mrs. T.I. says, "we're always coming up with a new business idea ... it never goes smooth."

Tiny and Shekinah have to meet with mediators, it turns out, when their bus purchase hits a snag (the bus being the central component of the business, natch).

Ever the savvy businesswoman, Tiny wants Shekinah to put half of her money into this, but a 70/30 split in her favor when it comes to future profits.

Uh.

Shekinah is the stylist, not Tiny, and she knows a bad deal when she hears it. Fortunately, with the help of a mediator, she breaks her down to 50/50.

If they don't quit sniping and get back to the core of their friendship that makes Hustle so much fun, it sure as heck will be, and a lot of fans might bail.

Anyone who's visited Miley's Instagram page knows that she's elevated stoned doodling to the level of high art. In fact, some folks are apparently so impressed with the singer's talents they've allowed her to use their bodies as her sketch pad.

That's Miley inking up one of her friends on the left, and though she didn't share the final product with her IG followers she did post a photo of her own latest tatts.

Okay, so they may not be as inventive as Miley's "love yer brain" tattoo, but you've gotta hand it to her (no pun intended)  for not even trying for any kind of theme.

Unless, of course, there's some sort of mystic, alien-watermelon connection that the rest of us just aren't baked enough to understand.

We're not sure at this point just how many times Miley's been inked, but she's gotta be running out of real estate.

Even more troubling: between Miley's little symbol ink and Drake's emoji tattoos, it's beginning to look like getting images that look like they came from a drunk sorority girl's text messages permanently etched onto your body is the hot new thing.

Suddenly Miley's tattoo tribute to her dead dog seems like a wise decision by comparison.

Christina Aguilera is headed back to The Voice next spring, reclaiming her seat currently occupied by Gwen Stefani for Season 8 of the hit NBC competition.

Season 7 newcomer Pharrell Williams will remain on the panel for Season 8, as will Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, who have been on every season.

Aguilera was the biggest name attached to the show at the onset, and has appeared on Seasons 1-3 and Season 5, with Shakira on Seasons 4 and 6.

Aguilera welcomed her second child, Summer Rain Rutler, in August with partner Matt Rutler. Now that she's bounced back from that, back she'll come!

The Voice host Carson Daly made the announcement this morning.

Williams' swiveling chair has previously been occupied by the likes of Usher and Cee Lo Green, also a part of the original cast along with Xtina, Adam and Blake.

Season 7 also features mentors Alicia Keys, Stevie Nicks, Little Big Town and Gavin Rossdale, with Taylor Swift also coming to The Voice as an advisor.

Over the first six seasons, Levine's team has won two times, Shelton's three times and Usher's once. Aguilera has never coached a Voice champion.

Her closest competitor? Season 5's Jacquie Lee, in second.

Amber Rose is making like Kim Kardashian in her latest Instagram photo.

Pretty clearly imitating the infamous butt selfie snapped by that reality star last October, Rose is placing her impressive rear end on full display in the picture, which featured bootylicious figure in a G-string style swimsuit.

We also see Rose's shaved head, which is accessorized with painted-on red hearts, along with her left arm full of tattoos.

Amber, of course, dated Kanye West from 2008-2010, putting a little personal twist on her Kim Kardashian imitation here. And perhaps hoping to start a little competition.

We just reported, after all, that the Kim Kardashian butt lift is very popular in Great Britain. Might Rose be making a play to overtake Kim as the celebrity after which most folks want to model their derriere?

Last week, meanwhile, Rose opened up about the pain she has been experience in the aftermath of her decision to divorce Wiz Khalifa.

"The mornings are especially hard," Rose Tweeted. "The pain...I wake up every morning feeling like my best friend died..... I never knew what a true heartache felt like until now."

Sadly, though, it doesn't appear as if Khalifa shares this heartache.

He recently released a track titled "Pussy Overrated." It includes the line "be on Instagram and on Vine like a mothaf***er" and many interpret it as a direct slam of Rose.

The couple was married for 14 months before Rose filed for divorce amidst chatter that Khalifa cheated. They have a one-year old son together.

With today's news that Amanda Bynes may face one year of involuntary confinement, the former child star's struggles with mental illness seem more tragically real than ever before.

Several celebrities have offered thoughts, prayers, and words of encouragement to Amanda and her family. Thus far, the support has mostly come from former co-stars, such as Nick Cannon, who spoke about Bynes in glowing terms during a recent interview. 

Now, famous old-school Nickelodeon fans who have never even met Bynes are publicly singing the actress' praises and expressing their hopes that she's one day able to return to the career that made her a star.

In her continued campaign to prove she's the coolest model that ever lived, Chrissy Teigen stopped bashing Ariana Grande long enough yesterday to gush about Amanda yesterday: 

"Amanda and I are the same age," said Chrissy in an interview with E! "I grew up watching her and really looking up to her and for me, to see this path that's happening and to watch it, it's really kind of affecting me in ways that I didn't think it would."

"I obviously don't know her at all, but I want to bring her back and I want to make her happy and healthy for some reason and she's not there and we can't do anything to help so it kind of sucks."

Wow. Chrissy seems pretty genuine in her affection for Amanda. Like so many of us, she's obviously hoping that Amanda can get the help she needs without having to be confined to a psychiatric care center for the next 12 months.

Imagine if after all this Amanda was able to return to acting? That would be a comeback to put Robert Downey, Jr. to shame.

Phaedra Parks sat down with Ellen this week and broke her silence on Apollo Nida, saying that she did all she could for her soon to be former husband.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star discussed Nida's prison sentence and the impending divorce that she just went public with after months of speculation.

"I work, I just got my fifth college degree ... I'm pretty much an overachiever," she said. "I have two small children. I just stopped breastfeeding three months ago."

"So, I didn't have any idea that any of this was going on until he called me and he said 'I've been arrested and I'm having this problem, but it's not true.'"

She famously skipped his July sentencing hearing, which was a key sign that a Phaedra Parks-Apollo Nida divorce was pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Parks insists she stood by her husband at the start of the ordeal, however, working with him to fight the case when he first informed her of the trouble he was in.

"I went out of my way to get the best attorneys, the best investigators, and to do everything I could," Parks explained to Ellen. "I'm an attorney myself."

"I wanted him to have the best so we could fight this together, but obviously it did not turn out like that," Phaedra adds, in what is clearly an understatement.

Parks thought Nida was a "changed person" when she met him while he was on parole, but is now raising the couple's sons Ayden, 4, and Dylan, 1, alone.

Apollo Nida reported to prison last month, and the failed criminal will likely be there for all or most of the next eight years. He didn't go quietly, either.

He went AWOL and went OFF on Phaedra the day before he was supposed to start his sentence in a hectic scene that was all caught on Bravo cameras.

This will no doubt make a lot of people watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online, but Parks takes no pleasure in that. Her heart breaks for her sons.

Insinuating that the rumors came from Nida himself, Parks added, "I think sometimes when people are hurting they do things to hurt over people."

"There's been a lot of lashing out from Apollo because he's in a place - a very angry place - and I think you hurt the people closest to you sometimes."
