Farrah Abraham is adamant that she did NOT agree to the second sex tape that's hitting the market next week, and she may be telling the truth for once.

Well, partially. It sounds like Farrah legitimately doesn't want this video to be released, unlike the previous one she tried to pass off as a "leaked" tape.

Her lawyer adds that she did not give Vivid permission to release any sequels to her smash hit porno Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom.

The lawyer says part two of the Farrah Abraham sex tape, Backdoor & More, is just extra footage from the first she filmed with porn star James Deen.

That's probably all accurate. The issue is that if it's the same footage, she signed the rights away long ago. She made her (nasty bed). Now she must lay in it.

According to the lawyer, Farrah is "a mother, a public figure, and an author," and not a porn star ... an empty argument, since she shot the porn last year.

Steve Hirsch, Vivid's CEO, disagrees, telling TMZ's sister site Fishwrapper that he made Farrah who she is today, whether she wants to admit it or not.

"Before the first video Farrah was just some throwaway Teen Mom no one cared about. That video made her the celebrity she is today. She’s a great porn star!"

Hirsch is not wrong, in all seriousness.

Farrah Abraham has become one of the biggest porn stars around, even when she's not trying to convince people 24/7 that she's not a porn star.

Despite the fact that she can't talk about it legally on Couples Therapy, we all know she signed a contract and that Hirsch wouldn't act outside of one.

If she wishes she hadn't signed that contract, good for her. But saying she didn't give her consent when she legally did exactly that is just plain lying.

She can cry all she wants on VH1, but she can't have it both ways.

Why not embrace what she's made of herself as a result, or suck it up (no pun intended) and ride it out (no pun intended) until her 15 minutes are up?

Because that's Farrah Abraham for you. A pathological liar whose story and persona changes almost daily, she has no idea who she even is at this point.

It's sad, but that's the best and most honest way to assess it.

The X Factor will not mark any spots on the Fox calendar next year: It has been canceled after three seasons.

The American Idol-like competition never created a Kelly Clarkson or a Carrie Underwood. Can you name a single champion?

Despite big names such as Britney Spears and Demi Lovato behind the judging panel, it never garnered significant ratings, either. The third season finale only drew 6.2 million viewers.

“I’ve had a fantastic time over the last 12 years, both on The X Factor and American Idol,” said executive producer and judge Simon Cowell in a statement, adding:

“And apart from being lucky enough to find some amazing talent on the shows, I have always had an incredible welcome from the American public (most of the time!). Last year, for a number of reasons, I had to make a decision to return [for the first time in four years] to the U.K. version of The X Factor in 2014.

So for now, I’m back to the U.K. and I want to thank FOX for being an incredible partner and I also want to thank everybody who has supported my shows. America, I’ll see you soon!”

For the first time since being publicly accused of molestation, Woody Allen has spoken out regarding his Dylan Farrow's recent allegations.

And the famous director has made it as clear as he can in a New York Times op-ed.

"Of course, I did not molest Dylan," he writes in an piece that will appear in tomorrow's paper. "I loved her and hope one day she will grasp how she has been cheated out of having a loving father and exploited by a mother more interested in her own festering anger than her daughter's well-being."

Last weekend, Dylan Farrow said that Allen sexually abused her as a seven-year old, detailed horrible acts he committed in the attic of her childhood home.

Allen says, however, that these claims originated from Mia Farrow, Dylan's mother, who remains bitter after the couple's "terribly acrimonious breakup" 21 years ago.

"The self-serving transparency of her malevolence seemed so obvious I didn't even hire a lawyer to defend myself," he writes of Mia. I naÏvely thought the accusation would be dismissed out of hand because of course, I hadn't molested Dylan and any rational person would see the ploy for what it was."

An investigation in 1992 did not being assault charges against Allen, although official documents do hint that evidence was present… authorities simply believed it would be too traumatic for the then-seven year old Dylan to go through a trial.

Allen also passed a lie detector test at the time.

Mia Farrow gained full custody of her kids after her split from Allen and the latter said he and his wife, Soon-Yi, "made countless attempts to see Dylan but Mia blocked them all, spitefully knowing how much we both loved her but totally indifferent to the pain and damage she was causing the little girl merely to appease her own vindictivenes."

Since Dylan's letter last week, this issue has been a relevant one in Hollywood because she called out various stars (Alec Baldwin, Cate Blanchett) for continuing to work with Allen.

Baldwin says the topic should be off-limits for public debate. Barbara Walters is on Woody's side. Rosie O'Donnell believes Dylan.

Why have the allegations now surfaced again? Allen points to Mia's continued rage over his cheating on her with her stepdaughter, Soon-Yi. He asks:

"Not that I doubt Dylan hasn't come to believe she’s been molested, but if from the age of 7 a vulnerable child is taught by a strong mother to hate her father because he is a monster who abused her, is it so inconceivable that after many years of this indoctrination the image of me Mia wanted to establish had taken root?"

Allen concludes with: "No one wants to discourage abuse victims from speaking out, but one must bear in mind that sometimes there are people who are falsely accused and that is also a terribly destructive thing.

"This piece will be my final word on this entire matter and no one will be responding on my behalf to any further comments on it by any party. Enough people have been hurt."

Catherine Giudici is officially a Lowe. The Bachelor winner took her husband's last name following her fairy tale TV nuptials with Sean Lowe last month.

The switch is official, as Catherine Giudici proudly declared, “The best day of my life. I’m a Lowe!” to her 500,000 Twitter and Instagram followers.

The newlyweds have just returned from a romantic honeymoon in the tropics, and Sean says he is "so freakin' happy" with how it all turned out.

Married life does seem to suit the couple rather well.

Since returning from her honeymoon, she's been posting photos of her and her new husband cuddling in bed, as well as photos from her wedding.

The two had their doubters when he picked her on The Bachelor, but he was true to his word that she was the one - and he was willing to wait for her.

In making the name change, Cat follows in the footsteps of Bachelorette Trista Rehn, took her husband Ryan Sutter’s last name after their marriage.

Molly Malaney, who married former Bachelor Jason Mesnick in 2011, did the same, although Ashley Hebert did not take J.P. Rosenbaum’s last name.

Desiree Hartsock is engaged to Chris Siegfried, and they seem like they're going to make it, so we'll see if she goes the Lowe route soon enough.

Just hours after Woody Allen broke his silence regarding child molestation accusations made by daughter Dylan Farrow, she's back with a rebuttal of her own.

The acclaimed film director penned an open letter to the New York Times insisting that he did not sexually assault the then-seven-year-old, as she says.

He also claimed that her mother, Mia Farrow, "coached her" to say Dylan Farrow was molested by him. But in response, Dylan stands by her story.

"Once again, Woody Allen is attacking me and my family in an effort to discredit and silence me, but nothing he says or writes can change the truth," Dylan says.

"For 20 years, I have never wavered in describing what he did to me. I will carry the memories of surviving these experiences for the rest of my life."

Allen's op-ed, she says "is the latest rehash of the same legalese, distortions, and lies he has leveled at me for the past 20 years," Farrow went on.

"He insists my mother brought criminal charges - in fact, it was a pediatrician who reported the incident to the police based on my firsthand account."

"He suggests that no one complained of his misconduct prior to his assault on me."

"However, court documents show that he was in treatment for what his own therapist described as 'inappropriate' behavior with me from as early as 1991."

"He offers a carefully worded claim that he passed a lie detector test."

"In fact, he refused to take the test administered by the state police (he hired someone to administer his own test, which authorities refused to accept as evidence)."

"With all the attempts to misrepresent the facts, it is important to be reminded of the truth contained in court documents from the only final ruling in this case."

Dylan Farrow Slams Woody Allen as Sex Abuser

In a lengthy list of her own, Farrow offered a step-by-step response to what happened in 1992, when she says a court denied Allen all access to her and:

"Debunked the 'experts' my father claims exonerated him, calling them 'colored by their loyalty to Mr. Allen', and criticizing the author of their report."
"Included testimony from babysitters who witnessed inappropriate sexual behavior by my father toward me."
"Found that there is no credible evidence to support Mr. Allen's contention that Ms. Farrow coached Dylan or that Ms. Farrow acted upon a desire for revenge."
"Concluded that the evidence proves that Mr. Allen's behavior toward Dylan was grossly inappropriate and that measures must be taken to protect her."
Finally, prosecutors "found 'probable cause' to prosecute, but made the decision not to in an effort to protect 'the child victim,' given my fragile state."

Farrow is not letting Allen's rebuttal affect her, saying, "Woody Allen has an arsenal of lawyers and publicists but the one thing he does not have on his side is the truth."

"From the bottom of my heart, I will be forever grateful for the outpouring of support I have received from survivors and countless others," she writes.

"If speaking out about my experience can help others stand up to their tormentors, it will be worth the pain and suffering my father continues to inflict on me."

"I hope this is the end of his vicious attacks and of the media campaign by his lawyers and publicists, as he's promised. I won't let the truth be buried and I won't be silenced."

The Hills' Jason Wahler is the latest star to speak publicly about Philip Seymour Hoffman's tragic death and their own struggles with hard core drug addiction.

Wahler, best known as the bad boy beau of Lauren Conrad, opened up about his past and urged critics to realize that addiction is "more than meets the eye."

"A few years ago, I would host parties at my house in L.A. where there would be 50-100 people raging out of control," writes the former reality star.

"While everyone thought I was enjoying the party as much as they were, I was secretly going into the master bathroom and snorting as much coke and drinking as much alcohol as I could."

"When I was done, I would grab a beer and get back into the party as if nothing happened."

"When I heard of Philip Seymour Hoffman's death, it brought me right back to those days of partying where my addiction was so bad that I didn't care who was around."

He goes on to add:

"I didn't care how loud the music was, or how fancy the party was. It wasn't about the party at all ... all I cared about was using and escaping reality even if it was by myself in a bathroom."

After Hoffman was found dead with 65 heroin bags found in his apartment, Wahler felt the need to speak up and defend those critical of the Oscar winner.

"I immediately began seeing comments all over the Internet about Hoffman's reported overdose - remarks to the effect of 'it's his own fault,'" he wrote.

"I truly believe that addiction is preventable, but I also know that it can get so complex that addicts won't go get help, but instead cry out for it."

"I have witnessed just how close-minded some people can be when it comes to addiction," says Wahler, who has six alcohol-related arrests to his credit.

"Combined with the passing of Philip Seymour Hoffman, it only drives me to keep pushing to raise awareness," he continued. "It's my hope that his passing isn't in vain.

His goal, he says, is to "educate more people about how important it is to not only get into treatment if necessary, but also to continually stay connected to prevent relapse."

George Zimmerman's controversial celebrity boxing match against DMX has been canceled amidst heavy criticism, according to the event's promoter.

Damon Feldman announced the fight's cancelation on Twitter on Saturday and apologized for offending anyone with this proposed clash of titans.

"The George Zimmerman fight is canceled," he wrote, adding "I'm sorry for anyone I hurt with this but this was a very big opportunity thank you."

Feldman said there's "more to life then money" and that he "just looked at my son and daughter today wow I'm so lucky those people must be in so much pain."

"All you people are right."

Give the guy credit for his conscience kicking in and pulling the plug on the Zimmerman-DMX fight ... but "those people" was probably not the best word choice.

In any case, Feldman called it off, putting an end to the shameless effort by Zimmerman to cash in on his quasi-celeb status before it even began.

Zimmerman, of course, was found not guilty in July 2013 for the infamous, fatal 2012 shooting of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Florida.

George wanted to fight Kanye in Celebrity Boxing but settled for DMX, one of thousands of people to show serious interest in getting in the ring with him.

DMX vowed to beat the f--k out of George, then urinate on his face, but looks like he will no longer get the chance to do as he boasted he would. Sigh.

A rep for the rapper said Saturday:

"We thank you for all of the support from DMX's fans. This situation will not affect any of DMX's upcoming concerts in America or around the world."

Probably just as well.

Marcus Smart returned to Oklahoma State for all the right reasons this season.

But he may end up remembered for all the wrong reasons.

With his team in a free fall over the past several weeks, Smart shoved a Texas Tech fan in the closing seconds of the Cowboys' 65-61 loss to the Red Raiders last night in Lubbock.

The incident took place after Smart attempted to block Jaye Crockett's dunk attempt from behind and subsequently stumbled out of bounds behind the basket.

Words were exchanged between Smart and Jeff Orr (and well-known Texas Tech supporter who travels to all games), with the player pushing the fan backward after a few moments.

Smart was pulled away by his teammates, earned a technical foul for his actions and was ejected from the game.

An Oklahoma State radio broadcaster claims Orr referred to Smart by the N word.

"I didn't see it yet. I want to make sure I see it and see what happened," Cowboys' coach Phil Ford said, refusing to comment further. "I'm still trying to figure it out."

No Oklahoma State players were made available to reporters after the game.

For a scandal in which there are no legal consequences, now or ever, the Dylan Farrow-Woody Allen saga is dominating headlines this month.

Farrow, 28, was jointly adopted by Allen, 78, and former partner Mia Farrow, 69. She says Allen molested her in the early '90s, when she was 7.

Allen denied the allegations then, but they resurfaced this winter after Farrow penned open letter to the N.Y. Times recounting her father's molestation of her.

The famed director has reiterated his denials, blaming Mia for coaching Dylan, making up untrue stories and fostering a lingering resentment of him.

Dylan immediately countered that Woody Allen is a child molester and he can say whatever he wants, but the truth is on her side and she won't be silenced.

Which seems to be her endgame. Allen wasn't prosecuted in 1992, though Farrow claims there was probable cause, and he will not be in 2014.

The widespread acclaim of Blue Jasmine and his iconic career in general seems to be the impetus for Dylan, who feels her story mustn't be forgotten.

Who to believe? We'll likely never know for sure, as both sides are adamant and unyielding in their positions in this decades-long blame game.

Justin Bieber is just trolling the police at this point.

With the singer already facing DUI charges, and with felony charges possibly on the way, Bieber posted a photo to Instagram Friday night of himself chugging some red wine.

The 19-year old, of course, is not of legal drinking age in the U.S.

“Classy night #painting,” Justin wrote as a caption, while rumored girlfriend Chantel Jeffries also unveiled an online picture that evening of wine, candles and strawberries.

With her second sex tape just days away from hitting the market, the bitter feud between Farrah Abraham and Couples Therapy co-star Taylor Armstrong continues.

Incredibly, Farrah appears ready to walk away from a feud for once.

Armstrong called Farrah Abraham a “f--king rat” on the VH1 show last week, but the Backdoor and More sex tape star isn't taking the bait ... this time.

“I just would hope that her habits - of maybe is it bereavement - kind of going through depression, those type of things ... is it her acting out of that?” Farrah asked.

“Is it jealousy? I’ve just moved on from it, so anything that I hear out of her mouth, I just don’t even take seriously, and I just look at the bigger picture of things."

“And that’s how I would rather be. I’d rather not be the person who is falsely judging, who is making up things, and who is [messing with] somebody else’s life.”

While Farrah certainly makes up plenty of things, most notably the notion that she didn't sign a release for her sex tape sequel, she is being mature here.

Insisting she is the bigger person, Abraham explained, “I’m very happy for Taylor … being a woman who has gone through a loss like myself has."

Grammar is not her strong suit, but we see the point she's making. Taylor's former husband took his own life; Farrah's boyfriend died in a car crash.

Abraham also says she's happy for Taylor, "being a mother and finding somebody that she would like to put her trust in and get married to, [fiancé John Bluher]."

"So on a very real and mature note, I’m happy for what I see of Taylor and all the prospects of her future. I just hope that she continues her therapy and her progress.”

That said, “I’m not any part of her life and she’s not any part of my life,” she adds ... and she's likely not happy about this hitting the web this week:

With Justin Bieber to face charges for allegedly egging his neighbor's home month, Michelle Obama has actually spoken out on the young singer and offered some advice.

Some advice for his parents, actually.

"I would pull him close," Obama tells ABC News of what she'd do if she were Bieber's mother. "I would be very present in his life right now. And I would be probably with him a good chunk of the time, just there to talk, to figure out what's going on in his head, to figure out who's in his life and who's not."

In Jeremy Bieber's defense, he has been spending time with his son recently.

He's just been doing it aboard a private plane, getting high and being abusive.

The First Lady, of course, is the mother of Sasha, 12, and Malia, 15, and says she is basing her opinion of her own experiences.

"I found that to be the case with my kids," Obama says. "They just want you near, you know – they want that advice from a parent. They want to see you on a daily basis, because the thing is he's still a kid. He's still growing up. So, I would pull him close."

Mrs. Obama is somewhat alone in that opinion, though.

Over 250,000 citizens have signed a petition to have Bieber deported to Canada. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney says an official response is on the way soon.

Which is legally required when a petition earns that many signatures. And which is totally hilarious.

Shayne Lamas, the daughter of Lorenzo Lamas and one-time winner of The Bachelor, has lost her second pregnancy and is currently in a coma.

The reality star and her husband Nik Richie (founder of celebrity gossip site The Dirty) were expecting their second child. Shayne was 16 weeks along.

Last night, however, law enforcement sources say paramedics were called and rushed to Nik and Shayne's Orange County home after she collapsed.

Shayne Lamas was hospitalized and determined to be bleeding internally.

Medical personel couldn't figure out why and the situation quickly turned dire. She lost the unborn child during the urgent, frantic surgery to save her life.

Shayne is currently in a coma and not breathing on her own, although according to TMZ sources, doctors remain optimistic about her making a recovery.

Nik and Shayne's actor dad Lorenzo are by her side, and our thoughts are with both of them as well as Shayne herself during this traumatic time.

A photo of a woman breastfeeding a puppy (yes, a puppy) is circulating on the Internet, leading many to wonder how in the world that came to be.

"I just did it. I never thought I would do that. That's just something it was taboo to me as well," she said. "I guess you could call it a maternal instinct."

The foster mom chose not to be identified because she says she fears the backlash from that maternal instinct. But the photo has quickly gone viral.

It was the runt of the litter, in any case, just days old. A lab mix, whose mother was killed. The little dog wouldn't eat from the bottle, nor eat formula.

"He just wasn't taking it. I didn't know what else to do, I was desperate and I just couldn't bear sitting there, watching him die," the woman said.

"Literally what clicked in my head was like put him on you, just pray to god he will take something and not die," she said, and Tubbs did just that.

"It really reaffirmed what I did was right because I was for myself, quietly, in my mind embarrassed. I was ashamed, I felt weird, it felt weird," she said.

Veterinarian doctor Amber Williams said she is less concerned about the taboo than the potential health risks that could be incurred as a result.

"I'm more concerned about zoonotic disease because there are things that can be passed from puppies to babies," Williams said of the breastfed puppy.

"In an emergency situation, I don't think it's a big deal, but for them to grow appropriately I think it would be important for them to get on a K-9 formula."

Done and done. The foster mom adds that her 15-month-old baby is weaned off her breast milk and so is Tubbs, who now wolfs down the formula.

However, she has no regrets about what she did in a pinch. She adds:

"I've seen the results. That dog is alive because I took that initiative."

Nancy Motes, the half-sister of Julia Roberts, was found dead in her apartment yesterday, according to a statement issued by her family.

She was 37 years old.

Motes was the daughter of the Oscar-winning actress’ mom, Betty Lou, and her stepfather, Michael Motes.

Details surrounding Nancy's death are unclear at this time, but the statement reads:

"It is with deep sadness that the family of Nancy Motes ... confirms that she was found dead in Los Angeles yesterday of an apparent drug overdose. There is no official report from the Coroner's office yet. The family is both shocked and devastated."

Last week, of course, Philip Seymour Hoffman also died of an overdose.

UPDATE: Lieutenant Fred Corral of the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner has released the following statmnt:

"Nancy Motes was found dead at a residence in the bathroom yesterday, pronounced dead by the LA Fire Department at 2:12 PM yesterday. Not sure whose residence it was. She was found in a bathtub that had water in it. We're taking it as a suicide, not a drowning.

"She's being examined today. We are waiting for the doctor to provide his findings. There were prescription and non-prescription drugs found at the scene. Cannot tell you what those drugs were. The role the drugs may or may not have played is not yet known.

"The investigator at the scene listed at this point that he is going with suicide and we are waiting for the doctor to finish the examination. We haven't gotten anything yet."

A Danish zoo is receiving hate mail from around the world after having killed a young, healthy giraffe to prevent inbreeding, then feeding it to the zoo's lions.

"I've got about 1,500 [texts] and e-mails, most of them are very hateful, addressed personally to me," Copenhagen Zoo scientific director Bengt Holst said.

Zoo spokesman Tobias Stenbaek Bro said quoted one e-mail as saying: "The children of the staff of Copenhagen Zoo should all be killed or should get cancer."

Giraffe Fed to Lions in Copenhagen

The 18-month-old giraffe was killed by a gunshot Sunday at the Copenhagen Zoo and fed to lions in full view of visitors in person and via live stream.

Even more incredible? Marius' death took place even though an online petition gathered tens of thousands of signatures against the animal's demise.

The zoo also turned down offers from other zoos and individuals to take in the animal, which was born in captivity and is a species native to Africa.

Holst said it was killed to maintain a healthy giraffe population genetically, as inbreeding can cause animals to be born with significant deformations.

"If an animal's genes are well represented in a population further breeding with that particular animal is unwanted," he said in a statement Monday.

"As this giraffe's genes are well represented in the breeding program, there is no place for the giraffe in the Zoo's giraffe herd," and thus it was euthanized.

Some zoologists say they were baffled by that rationale. William Amos, professor of evolutionary genetics at the University of Cambridge, responded:

"It's simplistic to say the animal doesn't fit into our breeding plans - so then why let it breed it in the first place if you know it's not a desirable offspring."

"I think it's a rather feeble excuse," Amos went on, deriding the Copenhagen facility. "It's better to have another giraffe, particularly if it's a healthy one."

However, The European Association of Zoos and Aquaria, which monitors international standards and of which Copenhagen is a member, backed the decision.

"Our aim is to safeguard for future generations a genetically diverse, healthy population of animals against their extinction," it said in a statement on its website.

"Copenhagen is highly involved in these programs and took a transparent decision that the young animal in question could not contribute to the future of its species further."

"Given the restraints of space and resources to hold an unlimited number of animals within our network and program, should therefore be humanely euthanized."

Amos said in response that nature has its own way of handling inbreeding. "Basically, we don't understand enough about these things," he said.

"The subject of inbreed depression, when close relatives breed, is a concern. However, when you get that, you tend to get (the death) of the (overbred animals)."

As the debate rages on, so does the contempt among the public. An online petition that once called for saving Marius is now calling for Holst to be fired.
