Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King made headlines last week when she resigned her crown in the wake of allegations that she starred in a porn video.

Those allegations have since been confirmed ... by a second video.

The production company responsible for King's (reportedly frigid) porn skills seeing the light of day posted a clip of her signing a legal release on camera.

In the SFW footage (below), a fully clothed woman identifies herself as Melissa King and says she's not under the influence of drugs or mind-altering substances.

The footage is titled "Miss Teen Delaware Confession."

Melissa King, who resigned from her title early last week, was reportedly paid just $1,500 to appear in the adult video - and was declined a role in a sequel.

A representative for the site that posted the video said King not only approached them (not the other way around), but would have done more, too.

The company was unimpressed by her debut, however.

King initially denied appearing in the porn film, telling Delaware Online that the woman in the video was "absolutely not" her. Of course, it totally is.

Numerous Tweets she's posted since the story broke (not to mention the relinquishing of the crown), all but confirmed it, even if she didn't confess.

Whatever. If Kim Kardashian is any indication, a young girl can land on her feet quite nicely after landing on all fours on an amateur-looking sex video.

It is totally on between Kate Hudson and Miranda Kerr.

Both these stars are topless for all to see this week, with the actress covering the latest issue of Glamour and the model posing on the beach... just because.

Not that we're complaining, Miranda! Far from it.

One week after her stunning and controversial departure, AshLee Frazier called out Sean Lowe Monday on The Bachelor: Women Tell All special.

She thought she had this thing locked up, and not just because she was admittedly in love with Sean. It was a comment he made about her competition.

Allegedly, Sean said he had no feelings for Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter - a quote he denied in the most surprising, awkward exchange of the night:

We didn't expect a warm and fuzzy reunion after he took Catherine and Lindsay to the finale over her, but we weren't prepared for that bombshell, either.

Whomever he gives the final rose to next week (see The Bachelor spoilers if you dare) will come as a shock to AshLee, who accused Sean of lying.

Before that terse back-and-forth, she just wanted answers.

Clearly still stinging from her rejection on the previous week's episode, the gorgeous 32-year-old Texan asked Sean the obvious, lingering question: WHY!?

His response? She's a great girl but basically no fun.

AshLee Frazier certainly comes off more serious than Lindsay or Catherine, but she didn't take kindly to the assertion that she isn't best friend material.

Or the fact that he led her on, which he argues he did not.

Whatever Sean said, or did not say, this will go down as one of the most bitter breakups in franchise history, and ends any shot of her being The Bachelorette.

That honor will likely fall to Desiree Hartsock or the runner-up on next week's finale, which promises to be both polarizing and emotional to say the least.

The Poison rocker took his first elimination from Celebrity Apprentice: All-Stars personally and less than gracefully the other night, breaking down off camera.

Bret reportedly was "stunned" by the "brutal" elimination.

"Bret was crying and totally distraught after he was fired," a show insider said. "It was just a mess when Bret was told the news and filming was done."

"It was brutal to watch him freaking out the way he did."

Michaels, who was playing on behalf of the Life Rocks Foundation-National Philanthropic Trust on the NBC reality show, turns 50 this month.

Randy Blythe, lead singer of the heavy metal band Lamb of God, was reportedly found not guilty of the manslaughter of a fan's death in a Czech court.

The 41-year-old and the rest of his band performed at a club in Prague in 2010 where the fan in question is said to have attempted to invade the stage.

After falling from it, the fan injured his head, fell into a coma and later died.

Blythe was arrested in December 2012 when he returned to the city for a scheduled gig, accused of having pushing the 19-year-old man from the stage.

He steadfastly maintained his innocence on all criminal charges.

The singer pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and this week, a Czech court is said to have agreed that he was not responsible for the death of the man.

We're glad he can put this ordeal behind him at last.

In the latest issue of Vanity Fair, Taylor Swift blasts the media for how she's portrayed as desperate, clingy and promiscuous in relationships.

But the singer also saves some venom for Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, referencing a joke those hosts made at January's Golden Globes about Swift's love life.

A Maryland father claims that his seven-year-old son was suspended from school for chewing a breakfast Pop Tart into what appeared to be a gun.

According to local news reports, the child was suspended for two days.

"It was already a rectangle and I just kept on biting it and biting it and tore off the top and it kind of looked like a gun but it wasn't," 7-year-old Josh Welch said.

Josh admits trying to create a masterpiece out of the breakfast pastry.

"All I was trying to do was turn it into a mountain but it didn't look like a mountain really," Josh said. "[My teacher] was pretty mad ... I think I was in big trouble."

It wasn't just for chewing it into a weapon ... he brandished it as well.

Josh's dad admits his son said he made "bang bang" noises while holding the Pop Tart, which was likely not looked highly upon by his instructor.

School officials have not commented, citing privacy concerns.

Boys will be boys, as they say, especially in second grade... but what if the dad opted to whip up a nice berry cobbler recipe for breakfast instead?

A Texas baby born with its heart on the outside of its body survived a risky surgery and now looks like she will thrive against nearly impossible odds.

The little girl's mom was told 16 weeks into her pregnancy that the fetus was developing a rare heart malformation that almost always proves fatal.

"I was devastated,” Ashley Cardenas said earlier on Today. “I didn’t really understand what they meant by her heart was on the outside of her body.”

Rather than terminate her pregnancy, Cardenas tried to beat the odds.

Her daughter, Audrina, was born with ectopia cordis, a condition in which all or part of the heart is outside of the chest - which required major surgery.

On Audrina’s second day of life, a team of 11 doctors at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston spent six hours performing a life-saving, open-heart surgery.

That made room inside for the one-third of her heart that was outside.

“The actual chest cavity doesn’t form in its proper dimension, so you can’t just put the heart back in there and close the door,” said Dr. Charles Fraser.

Audrina beat long odds; her surgery was a success, and after many, many weeks in the hospital, Cardenas was finally able to hold her daughter.

“It’s amazing,” said Cardenas, who also has 6-year-old twins at home.

“I don’t even want to put her down. She looked like a normal baby.”

Now four months old, Audrina the fighter is filling her mom with joy.

“She’s just wonderful,” Cardenas says. “Just a wonderful little baby.”

Audrina is fragile, though. She was discharged on January 23 with a pink external shield over her heart, which sits just below the skin and is still vulnerable.

The little one is also on oxygen and a feeding tube, and requires around-the-clock care. Eventually, doctors will implant a permanent cover in her chest.

By the time Audrina is in school, she should be just like her friends.

Audrina’s condition is so unusual that it afflicts just eight out of 1 million babies - 90 percent of whom are stillborn or die within the first three days of life.

“It’s extremely rare,” Fraser said. “Most of those children just don’t live.”

Here's hoping this one keeps on beating those odds.

Justin Bieber unleashed an epic rant on Twitter today, fresh off criticism leveled at the singer for often not wearing a shirt and for showing up late to a concert in London over the weekend.

"Rumors, rumors and more rumors," the singer wrote this morning. "Nothing more nothing less. might talk about them 1 day. rt now im just gonna be positive. cant bring me down."

But Justin was far from finished.

Likely referencing talk that he's dating British pop star Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke, he continued to rant about the tabloids, false stories - and the only entity that can judge him.

"As long as my family, friends, and fans r with me u can say whatever. we are all equal in God's eyes & we have a responsibility to eachother, so make up stories about fake fines and make no mention of the positive....

"Or say when i came out of my show with my shirt off because after performing for 2 hours i might be sweaty i was going into a club (really?), or any girl i stand next to is my girl or that i dont care, or that i dont feel, or that a 19 year old going to a club in europe is wild.

""I understand it is part of the job to be judged...but judge me on the facts, judge me on the music, and be careful of the judgement u pass. but know this...im only judged by one power, and i serve him."

Finally, Bieber concluded:

Miley Cyrus feels your pain, Justin Bieber.

On the same day the latter singer went off on an epic Twitter rant, Cyrus has also taken to the social network in order to express her disdain for rumors about her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

"I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn't call off my wedding," Miley wrote, adding: "Taking a break from social media. #draining."

Cyrus is referring to tabloid chatter last week that said Hemsworth cheated on her with January Jones at a party.

It only fueled the break-up fire when the couple did not attend Elton John's Oscar viewing shindig together, but an insider makes it very clear to E! News:

"They are totally together."

Kanye West is not pleased about his low ranking on MTV's "Hottest MCs List" ... or really anything in which he is ranked or otherwise considered less than the all-time best.

He knows just who to blame for the perceived snub, too.

West was ranked seventh on the MTV list, behind #5 Drake and #6 Big Sean (only part of the list has been released), and wasn’t shy about sharing his outrage.

The outspoken rapper went off on New York’s Hot 97 station Tuesday, defending his rapping skills and claiming it's all due to a personal dislike.

“Number seven bothers me,” West complained to DJ Enuff.

“I feel like for them to put me at number seven, they had to bring up things they didn’t like,” he continues. “It’s definitely not about a body of work."

“Possibly it could be about overall rap MC swag.”

West, who predicted that Lil Wayne would be #1 on the list, went on to blame his high-profile reality TV lover ... sort of, in a roundabout way.

He never mentioned Kim Kardashian by name, but theorized:

“What happens with these type of judges and the people that review it, when I come in and I have the pink Polo and the backpack, then I’m checking all the boxes of that A Tribe Called Quest era and J Dilla all that, [then] they want to champion it."

On the flip side, however, he ranted, "They don’t like Givenchy Kanye. They don’t like Kanye in a kilt, they don’t like Kanye in a relationship.”

Selena Gomez may no longer be a Belieber.

But she is very much still a believer.

In one of her more revealing interviews to date, Selena Gomez opens up in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar and says media scrutiny played no role in her split from Justin Bieber.

"That's not a factor for me because unfortunately you can't control that," she said. "To me, love is normal. Of course, you see [Jay-Z] and Beyoncé, and you're like, 'Oh, my gosh, they're perfect for each other,' but at the end of the day their love is just like everybody else's love.

"They have problems, I'm sure, and they solve them, like anybody else."

Gomez added that her and Bieber strived for normalcy during their relationship, describing it as "super important to both of us."

But now that she and her fellow young artist are over, does that mean Selena has thrown in the towel on love? No way. Far from it.

"I believe in love - yes, I'm one of those girls. Most of my friends believe in love."

Including one famous friend, Gomez says.

"I went out with Katy Perry last night. She's so fun and awesome, but it's cool to see someone older believe in love, too. She is all about it, and that's how I will always be. I believe in stories like, 'Oh, I met him in Starbucks.'"

Ted Nugent, not surprisingly, was not a fan of the late Hugo Chavez.

The rocker issued a candid assessment of his death last night.

Three words will sum it up. Those words are "ADIOS MO FO."

Sort of two words broken into three, but you get the idea here.

"All dictators, tyrants, slave-drivers and despots should die ASAP. Let freedom ring!" Nugent proudly told TMZ after Hugo Chavez died at the age of 58.

A devout socialist and outspoken anti-American dictator who clashed frequently with the U.S., Chavez pretty much embodied everything Ted Nugent hates.

About politics, and life itself really.

If he encouraged his followers to "chop heads off" when it came to defeating President Obama in 2012, you can imagine how he feels about Chavez.

Uh oh. Sounds like Chris Brown is at it again.

In Bermuda Wednesday, the singer reportedly got into an argument with longtime pal and bodyguard Big Pat aboard their private plane, which had stopped to refuel.

An airport worker tells the Bermuda Sun:

"I'm not sure of the details of what happened on the plane but his plane came in, got serviced and everything was finishing and they were getting ready to leave."

"Then there was a stall."

And then, according to the paper, Brown's bodyguard (or "security guard") exited the plane, followed by Brown and another man, after an altercation.

"They had to come inside to customs," the source continued. "The security guard came inside [an airport building] and said he wasn't getting back on the plane."

He stayed true to his word. Chris Brown "went back through customs and the plane left," while Big Pat reportedly hopped a flight back to JFK later.

Big Pat, you may recall, was among those injured in the infamous W.i.P. club brawl between Chris, Drake, Meek Mill and their posses last year.

No word on what caused the dispute or what it was about, but Rihanna's boyfriend had been on a roll lately when it comes to positive, glowing press.

Poor Charlie Askew.

The American Idol hopeful auditioned live for the first time tonight, choosing the track "Mama" by Genesis. Which is about a prostitute.

But things got even weirder from there: Askew donned a ponytail. And a grungy shirt. And screeched throughout the performance, drawing outright laughter from the judges.

"What happened?" Nicki Minaj asked. "I don’t want to see your arms. I don’t want you working out. I don’t want to see that ponytail. I don't want to see that earring. Lose the mustache immediately. I feel like someone stole my kid. I want my cute, cuddly Charlie back!"

After hearing harsh critiques from the panel, Askew broke down alongside Ryan Seacrest.

“All I can say is, I needed to vent a little bit," Charlie said when asked about the audition. "A lot of people think I’m a very happy boy, and the only reason I smile so much is because I feel like I have to."

Wow. Sad, profound stuff.

Seacrest handled the situation like a pro, telling Askew: “You’ve got some friends here. We appreciate your courage and your honesty, and there’s nothing easy about having those feelings inside and standing up here and having to do that tonight.”

Mob Wives Chicago star Pia Rizza is responding to reports that naked photos of her are being shopped around ... but putting them out there herself!

Talk about a preemptive strike.

Pia tells TMZ, which published the pics with her consent, that she took them sometime last year, while still filming Mob Wives and sent them to her boyfriend.

Her goal? To get some feedback on whether she had the appropriate stuff for a potential Playboy spread (probably to get it in later that night too).

The photos somehow got in the wrong hands, and Rizza says someone is trying to sell them without her permission. So now she's taking command.

She doesn't want anyone making money off of her image if it's not her, first off ... and yeah, she's still hoping Playboy will notice, so here you go:
