If you caught The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 10, then you know things got real in an unexpected confrontation between Kim Richards and Lisa Rinna.

Lisa may have appeared to be the victim - taken off-guard by Kim's intoxicated tirade - but insiders say she couldn't be happier with the way the scene played out.

That's because sources close to the show claim that Lisa's been stirring up drama in order to secure herself another season on RHOBH.

In the case of Kim's outburst, the drama simply fell into her lap. The day after the episode aired, Lisa wrote about Kim's drug use on her Bravo blog, and she seemed to be enjoying the attention, as the first to admit that she's a bit of a snooze thus far.

"Lisa's reception from fans up to now has been lukewarm," one production insider confirms. However, it seems that may be about to change, as the former 90210 actress will reportedly show viewers her wild side as season 5 draws to a close.

"Fans of RHOBH are about to see a different side of Lisa," says one insider. "Lisa very much wants to do another season of the show and she hopes producers will have her back."

The source says Lisa is eager to return for season 6 for reasons that go beyond her love of the spotlight and her fat Bravo paycheck:

"Lisa had hoped the show would revive her acting career. Lisa will do anything to stay relevant in Hollywood, so if RHOBH is the way to do it, so be it."
