Scott Disick’s drug and alcohol problems are once again at the forefront of Sunday's Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons finale. But not for the reason you think.
“You can sit here and laugh about it, but it’s not funny!” Kourt yells in a sneak peek from Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons Season 1 Episode 10.
She's not yelling at Scott, but at sisters Khloe and Kim Kardashian for having drinks and leaving the booze out in plain sight of the struggling Disick.
“This isn’t a joke. This is my life, and Kim and Khloe laughing in my face about leaving alcohol out… I just can’t even believe they’d be so disrespectful."
“You’re going to complain about one time I decided to drink?” Khloe responds, incredulously, at her sister protesting a seemingly harmless (to her) action.
“It’s not about making a mess,” Kourtney responds.
“It’s about the repercussions ... of leaving it out.”
“Why? Scott’s just going to take it?” Kim asks.
When Kourtney says she doesn't know how Scott will react, Khloe snaps at her older sibling: “Well, then maybe he should go back and get some more help!”
“That’s the worst part of it,” Kourtney replies, far from pleased with that wisecrack. “He’s trying so hard to be sober and he has to take care of you guys?”
That statement further riles up Khloe, who shoots back at Kourt, “You have some nerve! How many times have I had to take care of your sloppy man!?”
Moreover, Khloe says all she does is try to support and help Kourtney and Scott, adding, “Do you think I want to be in this ridiculous place with you guys?”
If you watch Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons online, you know that no, she really doesn't. At least part of the time, she would rather be elsewhere.
You would also know that Khloe has been there for Scott at his low points, so while we sort of see Kourt's point, her comments may be a bit over the top.
In any case, it looks like her man may have turned over a new leaf. There's no indication that he was serious about getting wasted on New Year's Eve.
Not to mention, the supposed bachelor pad he recently bought in Beverly Hills is just a test property for Scott Disick house-flipping business. Seriously.
The oft-troubled father of three channeling time, money and energy into his family and a new career that doesn't involve getting black out drunk?
Perhaps 2015 really is the year of The Lord.
