If there's a time for a correctional facility to release a high-profile inmate while attracting as little attention as possible, it's 1:35 a.m. on a Monday morning.

That's when Lindsay Lohan was let out of jail in Lynwood, Calif., today. In the end, the star served a whopping 13 of her 90-day sentence in a solitary cell.

She was taken to UCLA Medical Center to begin rehab treatment.

"She was released at 1:35 a.m.," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said. "She has been sent directly to her next destination, a treatment center."

Lohan's sentence was cut drastically due to good behavior and the sheriff's policy of releasing non-violent offenders early because of major overcrowding.

She was not, however, allowed to delay rehab as she desired.

Say Wut

The troubled star was expecting to serve her court-ordered 90 days in rehab at Morningside Recovery in Orange County, but the judge changed her mind.

Judge Marsha Revel was concerned that drugs could be very easily passed on to the actress there, and therefore approved UCLA Medical Center instead.

Sources tell TMZ that in rehab, Lohan will be treated for addiction to methamphethamine and bipolar disorder, though her attorney has disputed this.

Lindsay Lohan takes Adderall, an amphetamine. While methamphetamine is different, a rehab facility might qualify it as the same drug or addiction type.

In any case, if she violates any rules during her treatment, the court could be notified and the judge could potentially throw her back in jail again.

She also faces a year of random drug testing. The 24-year-old actress must stay clean and sober until August 2011, when her probation term expires.

Can Lindsay stay clean?
