The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ventured into a day of beauty and a night filled with spirits on this week's episode. Which of these women is afraid of ghosts?

We'll break it all down for you in THG's +/- review!

Paul offers all the ladies a special night of beauty at his plastic surgery clinic. Plus 10 for the generous offer but not everyone partakes of his skills. Lisa simply shows up to watch and gossip. Kim Richards actually attends.

Does anyone else notice this is one of the few events Kim has made the time for these days. Of course she arrives 20 minutes late. Hey, that's really pretty good for Kim so Plus 5

Kim Richards' Face

One of the scarier moments of the night is watching Kim drive on her way there. Talk about a distracted driver. She's lucky to make it there alive. But Dr. Paul has some ideas about that.

Before Paul adds some botox to Kim's face he gets a run down on her current medications. it's quite the laundry list: Trazadone, Topomax, and Lexipo.

That sounds like quite the cocktail. Paul talks to Kim about having her medications reevaluated and the importance of never mixing them with alcohol.

He also points out the drugged state she's walking around in, something Kim's not completely aware of herself. Plus 20 for being forthright and responsible as both a friend and a doctor. Hopefully Kim will take his advice.

Kyle decides to laser her love handles. That contraption looks like something out of a sci-fi movie but if it works even a little, it sure beats needles, surgery, and lipo. Plus 10.

Kyle Richards, Plastic Surgery

Taylor stops in for some face remodeling. She has Paul add some filler to her uber-skinny face. She says it's just genetics and in part I'm sure she's right but I've yet to witness Taylor eat and real food this season.

Camille is a no show because her rotten bastard of an ex, Kelsey has filed for sole custody of their kids. Minus 15 because although we don't see Camille with the kids, she certainly doesn't appear to be an unfit mother. This appears to be nothing more than a power play and the kids are the rope in this game of tug-o-war.

But Camille does make it to Kyle's seance. Heck, even Brandi's invited. The only one who doesn't attend is Kyle's sister. Kim gives some lame excuses for not attending. It's against her religion? Oh, come on. How can she think she can fly that one past her sister. Minus 8.

Or how about she's feeling too much coming through from the other side? Perhaps she could have gone with the truth which was she's packing to move and didn't have the time.

Tay-Tay

The seance looks like fun but unlike some of the ladies I don't take it seriously. All of the information that psychic Rebecca tells them can be found with a quick internet search and a viewing of Season One. Still, the candles are pretty and there are lots of laughs and a few well shed tears so Plus 9 for an entertaining evening.

Afterwards, Kim invites Kyle to her place and finally lets her in on the big secret. Plus 10 because it's about time. She's been seeing someone for a year and hasn't mentioned it. I can't help but feel for Kyle. A year is a long time. I can understand why she's hurt.

But at some point Kyle has to let her sis live her own life. She summarizes that Kim doesn't really want to move in with her new love. That she's simply lonely and feels pressure because she has to move. Or is it that Kyle doesn't want to see her move farther away? Minus 5. Kim's a big girl. Let her be happy and live her own life. On this count the psychic may be right. Kyle needs to stop mothering her sister.

EPISODE TOTAL: +36. SEASON TOTAL: -133.

Next week, Kyle meets Kim's beau and the ladies have a huge blowout with Taylor. Get ready to don your sequined flak jackets and take cover as the fireworks fly.
