Actually, the tabloid isn't really asking. It's making the absurd claim that Miley does, indeed, have an eating disorder.
It writes that she has lost 36 pounds and that doctors are concerned because Cyrus is "risking her life."
What pushed her to the edge and beyond?
It's unclear (likely because she has not been pushed over any such edge), but Life & Style really wants you to wonder and then buy its latest issue. Don't give in, people.
