In his interview with Diane Sawyer, Bruce Jenner claimed that despite having already begun the gender reassignment process, he hadn't yet made any changes to the his name or the ways in which he's addressed by his family members.
Now, sources say Bruce has completed his sex change and some of his youngest family members have given him a new title to go with his new body.

The National Enquirer is reporting that North calls Jenner "Mama Bruce," and the Olympian likes the moniker so much that he's encouraged his other grandkids to follow suit.
“She’s been calling him ‘mama’ ever since he started growing his hair longer," says one insider. "Now Bruce has asked all of his grandchildren to call him ‘Mama Bruce.'
"Bruce has been feeling very maternal lately and he lights up when he hears the name."
The source adds that while the name was all "North's idea," the 23-month-old toddler has inspired her cousins to begin using the "Mama Bruce" name as well.
So there you have it. Kris Jenner may be "struggling" with Bruce's transition, but it seems the younger generations are handling it just fine.
