Bobbi Kristina Brown: Is "Reality Sinking In" For Family?

Bobbi Kristina Brown's family has given her every chance to battle for her life since she nearly drowned and was placed in a medically induced coma January 31.

Will it be enough? Could time, prayer and sheer will help her overcome long odds and make a recovery? So far, she has yet to show many signs of progress.

At this point, "reality is really sinking in," a family source tells People.

Bobbi Kristina Brown and Bobby Brown

News broke earlier this week that the 22-year-old was moved from the hospital to a rehab facility in Atlanta, but not because she has shown improvement.

Rather, the move was made because there is little more that the doctors at Emory University feel they can do, and they would have moved her sooner.

Bobbi's grief-stricken father Bobby Brown delayed the decision as he holds out hope for a miracle. Does the rehab move signal a change in attitude?

"This hasn't gotten any easier for him," the source says of Bobby.

"He really thought that she'd be better by now, that there would be some change ... there hasn't been any sign of improvement since this happened."

"We spent the first month in shock, you know? Like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe that this happened.' But now we've had a lot of time to get used to it."

While the 46-year-old singer was trying to keep "as positive as possible" about his only daughter with the late Whitney Houston, "It has gotten harder."

The source also admits that while the "family doesn't always see eye-to-eye," it's clear that Bobby Brown is in charge of what happens to his daughter.

"You can't tell Bobby what to do, and he is in charge. We are just letting him do what he wants. He's going to give her every chance to fight for her life."

The source does admit that Pat Houston, Bobbi Kristina's aunt, "is the only one who is standing up to Bobby and they're not happy with each other."

Bobbi's cousin Jerod Brown has accused Pat of nefarious behavior, but has been widely discredited by other insiders within the Brown and Houston families.

Another source counters that while "Bobby is the decision maker," Pat "has been by Bobbi Kristina's side this whole time and is not butting heads with Bobby."

"Pat will support any decisions that Bobby makes about his daughter."

As for rumors that a decision on whether to take Bobbi Kristina off life support would be made this week, those appears to be erroneous once again.
