Kim Kardashian: Naked in Keeping Up with the Kardashians Klip!

After unveiling a couple promos in anticipation of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10, which kicks off on Sunday, March 15, E! has now released the first sneak peek from an upcoming episode.

And it features Kim Kardashian nude!

In the following footage, Kim explains that she wants to remember her body how it is at the moment because she knows it will eventually change once again. 

Assuming she gets pregnant again, that is.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians Clip - Kim Gets Naked!

"If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform," she says. "So, I'm doing this photo shoot today naked.

"I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever."

Yes, forever. Sorry, North West. Let's hope you never learn how Google works.

The photo shoot, of course, took place last year and resulted in the viral Paper Magazine pictorial.
