In March of last year, Rogen blasted Bieber as an "obnoxious piece of sh-t." A couple months later, Rogen said he hated Bieber .

Bieber has publicly apologized for his run of indecent behavior on multiple occasions over the past few weeks.
He's on an image rehabilitation tour these days, stopping by various talk shows and reality shows in order to come across as jovial and likable again.
He even let himself get egged for a Comedy Central roast promo .
So far, Rogen is yet to response to Bieber's request.
But even if he turns it down, there are plenty of Justin Bieber hates out there who may jump at the chance to slam the singer on national television. To wit:
