It's been five months since we first learned that Kylie Jenner and Tyga are dating, and remarkably, neither party has been arrested or forced into a convent.
There are plenty of reasons to object to the Kyga romance, not the least of which is the fact that she's 17, and he's 25.
Despite that, sources say Kylie's family is slowly beginning to accept Tyga as one of their own...or at least coming to terms with the fact that the youngest Jenner is fully committed to her man:
"Their relationship is starting to gain acceptance from the family," a source tells Radar Online. "Everyone is starting to realize that he is not going anywhere."
Of course, Kris Jenner has been cool with this thing from the start. She even allowed Kylie to travel to Europe with Tyga to take advantage of the continent's lax age of consent laws follow him on tour.
Unfortunately for the May-December couple, the approval isn't quite unanimous.
"Kim Kardashian still refuses to accept it," says the insider. "Kim and Kylie have had fights about this and Kim still refuses to budge."
The weird part is, it's not the age difference that rubs Kim the wrong way. It seems the issue is the fact that Kim is friends with Tyga's ex, Blac Chyna, whom he allegedly dumped to be with Kylie.
"It is just ridiculous, because Kim puts her friendship with Blac Chyna ahead of her own sister's happiness," says the source.
Yes, Kim is being called "ridiculous" for trying to convince her high school-aged sister to dump her 25-year-old boyfriend. welsome to Kardashian Land, folks!
